Now 3 months almost with bad gate. This is insane , sue the company who build it,it should have warranty . It's less than a year old

You can't go wrong if you decide to rent a storage space here. The property manager, Sasha, is absolutely amazing! She is super helpful and knowledgeable about the units and property. When I was trying to decide on a unit size, she was very good at helping me figure out which one was best for my needs. The storage property is clean and so are the hallways, even after people have moved. I've never had a problem with rodents or insects. I really like renting here. Sasha and her staff are always nice and friendly and they always provide great customer service, especially Sasha. I always have great interactions with them when I go to the office. And if I have any questions or concerns, they are always super helpful and able to help me. I highly recommend renting here.

I have been renting at this location for over 8 years. The management here is excellent!!! Sasha responds to questions and concerns very quickly. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful with coming up with solutions to any problems that may come up. She is such a good property manager that I've only had one problem in the 8 years I've been there and it was a problem that I created by accident. She was able to resolve it quickly and easily. Sasha really cares about her customers and is always smiling and friendly. You always feel welcome when you walk into the office. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the customers have a pleasant and problem-free experience renting there. She makes sure the property is kept immaculately clean. She manages her staff really well so when she isn't there, staff is helpful and able to help with any concerns. Khamal is extremely helpful when Sasha is not available and always a pleasure to work with. He also goes above and beyond to help customers with questions and concerns. Sasha is one of the best and most personable property managers I've ever met and you do not meet very many people like her very often in the storage business. It is easy to get to all the units and the bay is large enough for moving trucks to be inside so if it is raining or snowing outside, you can unpack your items in a dry location. I highly recommend renting storage space at this location and working with Sasha.

I did not like my experience at this property. You can call and no one will answer. It's always leave a message. Even if you go in person. During business hours no one is there and the door is locked. The exit gate and front gate will shut down on multiple occasions. Be prepared to move out. If you reserve a into during a special the increase can go up to $60 once the special is over. Buy overall it's that no one is ever available to assist. I'm glad I'm closing my account with them.

Sasha was a tremendous help! She worked with me through reserving a unit and came through again when I had a last-minute adjustment to my unit. Every encounter with her has been a pleasure, and she made the process easy! The unit's themselves have varied sizes. The facility is clean and feels safe. The only item of reservation are the hours and reprimanding e-mails for work outside of "duty hours." It is seemingly accessible 24 hours, with a gate code and locking doors, which make the reprimand questionable. Overall, a great spot to fill your storage needs with a spacious, secure, and clean facility! And again, a great employee, Sasha, who ties it all together effortlessly!

Sasha is amazing! I've had a storage unit here for over a year, and she has been incredibly helpful from start to finish. From finding the right unit, to assisting with a locksmith issue, to providing proper moving supplies - Sasha went above and beyond every time. She is extremely friendly and has such a positive, bubbly personality that makes every interaction pleasant. Despite how busy she gets, Sasha was always patient and happy to help. She is an outstanding manager and true asset to this Public Storage location. I If I wasn’t moving out the state, I would continue using this location simply because of her! Thanks Sasha!

Been using Public Storage on Long Bridge Drive for a year and always had an easy experience. Recently had an issue locating the keys and The Property Manager Kamou was very helpful over several calls walking me through procedures and ultimately helping me identify the second key. He went above and beyond when our timing window was very tight.

Kamou is excellent! was very helpful and knowledgeable when showing me a space today highly recommended his help.

If you’re looking for storage in the Longs SC area then Public Storage is the place to go. The storage units are clean and spacious the price is reasonable and their customer service is the Best !!! Mike at the Longs location helped us through the whole process he was so friendly, informative and helpful that he made the stressful time of moving and storing our belongings somewhere else so much easier. Thanks again Mike !!!

Absolutely disgusting. I saw all the great reviews and decided to leave my items in storage with no food or perishable items. Just like the previous review I had rats or mice chew through my boxes and make themselves a nest. Rat droppings and urine in the box. My boxes were NOT climate controlled. It was dusty and I could see that they had done some drilling above my unit and left all the dust and grit for me to clean up. Don’t rent here it’s a scam. You pay over 100 dollars for a closet in the pits of hell. On the plus side the employees are very helpful and nice but only so much they can do with the trash they’re given.

Infested with rats and false advertising of "climate controlled" I was at this unit for 3 months and regret every second my belongings were at this location. When I checked up on my unit last week, I was appalled to find my wall chewed through by rats and rat droppings in and around my unit. I stored no food, vitamins, or any perishables in my unit and everything was in either a cardboard box or a plastic storage bin. I emptied out my storage unit the following day and found none on my belongings had been visited by rats, I was just caught in the crossfire of rodents running between units. In addition to this, all units are labelled as "climate controlled", but the humidity is in excess of 40% and the ambient temperature was 80°F when I was there to unload my unit on July 30th, 2023. When I began my contract with Public Storage in April, it was still too cool throughout the day to learn that whatever climate control they do have in there to check the box is inadequate to cool the size of this location. Least important note is that this is clearly a lowest-cost-to-operate location. The hallways are incredibly narrow, the unit doors are only 2-3ft wide, there is only one elevator on each side, there are not enough sleds to accommodate the number of renters, and the lighting inside the unit is non-existent (I had to bring my camping lantern every time I went). My only positive thing to say about this location is that staff were friendly and understanding of my immediate need to move out of the unit and provided me with cleaning supplies and trash bags to facilitate this move. I've rented from public storage in 3 different states now, but this is the last time I'll be renting with them.

I just wanted to take the time and say that the employee that helped me was amazing! Mr. Lonnie answered every question I had (and I had a lot). He walked me through the whole process and again I just want to thank him for that!

Ms.Renne was very very helpful today as my team came in this establishment and face many problems that had nothing to do with her as the last employee put our customers items away which were somehow lost. But Ms.Renne was very helpful and we were able to get our job done smoothly.

RATS !! There are rats everywhere. They have traps out but they only catch a few of them ... Completely ridiculous !

Ms Tiara was super duper helpful! Managed to get me into a unit for less than what i was expecting for the size I needed. Her approach was very meticulous and energy was very very welcome.
