I just rented a new space at the Holland Lane location. Chris was very helpful throughout the entire process to begin with the initial phone contact and ultimately with the in-person visit. He patiently allowed me to view the different size storage areas available so that I could make a fully informed decision, showed me how to enter and exit the facility and even how to properly lock my storage area. Chris also went through the administrative process in an efficient and timely manner. I am very pleased with the level of assistance that I received at this location today.

This place is hot as hell. The AC is either off or the thermostat is set on a very high temperature so it doesn't turn on. When it does, it goes off quick. If you need to spend some time moving in or out your stuff this isn't going to work for you. Carts are scarce. Trucks block the entry to the parking space. No two trucks can be there at the same time. Too expensive for what offered.

The property manager is helpful and prompt to respond. Public Storage the company and their policies are the only reason for rating lower.

Wonderful customer service (Sasha is terrific) and the location is convenient BUT if you need a dolly to move things in and out of storage, this is definitely NOT the right facility for you. There is only 1 dolly and it never seems to be available. I've relied on storage facilities for several years and my perception is that if you need storage and pay to rent a unit, the facility should provide a reasonable number of dollies to facilitate the movement of boxes, furniture, etc. It goes with the territory in my opinion. That said, I can't imagine why management would think that 1 dolly was acceptable for this or any location.

I am currently utilizing the storage facilities at this Public Storage location. I couldn't have been more impressed with the seamless move-in process and exceptional customer service provided by Christopher, the manager. From the moment I stepped into the facility, Christopher's professionalism and friendliness were evident. He guided me through the check-in process, ensuring all my questions were answered and that I felt completely at ease with the process. The facilities themselves were clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me confidence in storing my belongings there. The ease of moving items in was a huge relief, thanks to the well-designed layout and accessibility of the storage units. My things have been stored at this location since March 31, 2024. I believe it's worth noting that this location has some of the highest-rated reviews for Public Storage brand units in the area. While it may not be the closest option to me, the great reviews set it apart as the top choice. Overall, I recommend this location for anyone in need of storage solutions.

Horrible horrible! The elevator has been down for various months so everyone has been using one elevator to move in or out. The overall parking area is small so one moving truck takes majority of the place. I had to drive here various time to see if I could get sime things out. It made my whole storage and moving experience a disaster. Plus they don’t prorate you even though it’s their fault for not being able to move in a timely manner due to their inability to provide the basic tools. Go somewhere else people.
I have had a storage unit here for some time and recently decided to sell some items and get a smaller unit. Christopher provided excellent customer service — he showed me locations of units that would meet my needs and that had convenient access. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and he was very helpful in completing the rental of the smaller unit. This place is clean and well run. I recommend it!

Christopher has always been very helpful in either signing up for a space, or just helping with something when at the site (such as if there are any more carts, or things like that). He is very professional, very business-like but with a pleasant approach. He's just been great.
Hundreds of units without any cart being available at any given time even when nobody is in the whole storage building!! Brought this to the attention of the manager since it took us sometimes even an hour waiting and searching for a cart. With a rude and unprofessional attitude he said because it is a “public place”, we have only a total of 3 carts because when we add more they get stolen!!!!! What???!! You charge me more than $300 per month and say it is a public place and you don’t provide carts???!!!! How did you come up with the magic number of 3 cart in order to prevent them from being stolen???
He eventually closed the door on us because he didn’t want to respond.
Additionally the AC thermostat temperature is set on very high because it does feel really warm inside.
I recommend to avoid this place.
William at Holland Ln was such a pleasure to work with. He assisted me with finding the perfect unit best suited for my needs, gave me a tour of the grounds and provided ample instructions to ensure I left with no doubts.

Our storage unit is next door to the Air Conditioner. Well, this created a problem when a large puddle formed on the floor of our unit. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, Public Storage took full accountability. We were helped by William, a very kind person. He not only assisted us with moving our items out of the unit, but he upgraded us to a better unit while honoring our current price. Since we’re on a budget (as this unit is used to store supplies for a non-profit Bible educational work) that meant a lot to us. William really made it right- that’s great customer service! Thank you Public Storage!

India was very nice and friendly. She helped go through the application in a very short time. I had a bad experience in another public storage so i would recommend them to hire more people like India.
We recently rented a storage unit from this facility. On our first day, we arrive and unload an entire truckload onto the carts. The employee walks by as we are doing this and smiles at us. We get inside the building only to find a sign over the elevator button saying that it is out of order and that we must use the stairs for access to the basement and 2nd floor (where our unit was). We were not able to find the door to the stairwell, which ended up being on the exterior of the building and completely unmarked. We went to find the employee to please assign us to a different unit or at least help us find the stairs and he refuses to speak to us because he was sitting on his car “on lunch” at 3:50 in the afternoon. Highly unprofessional

So I've had this storage for a year and it has been a God send. While some things haven't been to my liking, one thing has been constant, Jazsmine. She has been there from the beginning with an amazing smile, through my frustrations and everything else. She goes above and beyond. She not only deserves a raise, but to be recognized for her stellar service. She always seems to be there too. Never once have I been to voice-mail. It's always her with a smile. Make sure you all know what you have in this employee.
There is no one in the office when you move out. I tried on 4 separate occasions on 3 different days to get in touch with someone and no one was available. This resulted in me paying 200 dollars for a storage unit I did not use. Very disappointed in their service.
