I like this location small but nice
Called to inquire about large storage units. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained about how much stuff a large storage would hold. When I arrived I meet Tiara the manager. She was very patient, explained everything to me and even showed me their largest units. She was whom I had spoke with on the phone. The unit was clean, they had all the supplies I needed. I definitely would recommend this location to my friends and family.
Moving & needed a place to place my huge items , called a couple places but the service here was top tier and i knew this is were i wanted my belongings but Tiara’s Service Was amazing , the wait time was not long and they helped me with everything & definitely made my day with there amazing service u definitely cant beat it

Stay far away from this place, the employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had the misfortune of visiting Public Storage at 7501 Fordson Rd. Upon entering the office you are intoxicated by a heavy cigarette smell as if smoking is happening indoors by employees (disgusting). The person working did not greet, but was in a bad mood. He had me wait and was annoyed I waited close enough to where I can be visible to him. About 20 minutes pass and the employee comes out and says “I’m coming” with an attitude while rolling his eyes. I follow thinking he’s going to walk me to my unit and then turns around and says to stop following him, that I will now have to wait longer… I ask to speak to a manager and a lady claiming to be the manager comes out in pajamas…. Long story short, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I am attaching photos of the two employees I encountered for reference.

This is one of the cleanest properties that I have visited.
My Mom and I both have our own separate units here and I rented based on my Mom’s recommendation. There are a few storage locations closer to me, but I chose this location because the staff is friendly and professional; Tiara has been awesome! The property is always clean when I stop in and to me that means that the company/staff care about the little details.
