Mr Gupta was a great help!
I vacated my space and moved new things and when I returned I no longer have access and I never said anything to close my account and they didn't ask me and as an emergency that day I had to go somewhere else to put my things, how annoying

I had a great experience moving my belongings into this storage facility today (and my uplifting conversation with Mohammad was a highlight)! The location was secure and the staff was very friendly and professional. I was moving today from another storage company and they were horrible, but it’s like night and day and now I finally feel like my belongings are safe. I highly recommend it.

Worst experience ever. When I approached the building by car, there was a female associate standing outside on the phone. She returned to the office once I parked and stayed on on her phone as I inquired about a unit. She had her cell phone on speakerphone and was disengage with helping. Her name was Maria and gave me the price of a 10x10 storage unit and when I asked to look at it, she said no. I had to rent the unit before seeing it. That is the most absurd business practice that I’ve witnessed in a long time.

The representative; Misty was so helpful. When I arrive for my appointment she found an issue with my storage unit that would prevent me from having access. She help to upgrade to a larger unit with keeping the same cost since there were no other units available for the size I needed. She made sure I would be able to move-in and return my U-haul truck back in time. She even stayed after hours to make sure I had everything I needed. CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ITS FINEST!
I just got a bigger apartment, and no longer needed my storage that I got a month ago because of a worker there named misty, she’s very friendly and understanding! Next time I need a storage I’m coming here again!
