This is a great public storage location! The loading dock area has plenty of room for an 18 wheeler, there are a ton of storage unit sizes to choose from, and the staff is always helpful/nice. We’ll continue to use this facility for all our storage needs.

I have been using these spaces for years and have been very happy with the service. Jamar the Manager is a top notch professional.

I have this storage since 2020. It's been 4 years. I never had issues before. As the economy got worse and inflation surged as a single mom I had to make a couple of late payments but always paid before the month was done. I received numbers calls, texts, emails about my payment and threats of liens. I kid you not! I cannot believe for a storage where I store seasonal items is my worst bill. Harassing calls and late charges that was over 25 bucks. Furthermore last year I went to get my Christmas tree out and decor and a mouse ran across my items. Also a dead baby mouse was in front of the door as I pulled up my garage space. There were mice pellets all over my containers. I never had mice EVER!!!. I asked they could do something about as I am afraid to inside my storage. Plus I would have to clean all my items and ensure no mice are there. The property manager said they will not likely survive as there is no good source as they don't allow food HOWEVER they don't check anyone's items. So there is a possibility of someone storing food. I used to feel very comfortable cleaning Mt storage every summer and fall but I am terrified of mice! I keep making payments and when I have a hard time grt late fees and the rent goes up. I need to find another way to store my things bc I feel my items are ruined from the mice and I am still charged without help to resolve the pest issue. UPDATE: DUE TO ME WRITING THIS REVIEW I WAS CHARGED A LATE FEE AND LIEN FEE. ORIGINALLY WAS PAYING 98 A MONTH FOR A 5X5 AND NOW ITS GONE UP TO 119 PLUS 20 LATE FEE AND 62 DOLLAR LIEN FEE. DO NOT RENT HERE! I WILL BE GATHERING MY MICE DAMAGED THINGS AND GOING SOME WHERE ELSE.

Amazing service! First class. Always calls multiple times to let me know my rent is due so I dont have to pay the late fee. They helped me again! Great service!

Walked into the Falls Church location and was greeted by Jemar. He was efficient, professional and helpful in his job duties. He was also helpful when I realized I lost my wallet by taking the initiative to provide pen and paper while I was communicating with WMATA Lost and Found. He is a credit to this company. I had a bad experience with PS and am happy to give them a second chance because they made things right. That is how I came to this location today and benefited from Jamari’s service.

I used this facility for 7 years, during which time I was never able to come back to check on my things. I had friends go around the 2-year mark and more items were added on my behalf and at the 4 year mark a friend looked in briefly, but otherwise I had not seen the contents of the unit. I moved out this weekend and was relieved to find everything undisturbed, and other than some dust, completely the same as it had. There was no evidence of any bugs or other uninvited critters, something I was worried about discovering. My items were packed well and tightly fitted into my 5x10 unit, however there were several “banker boxes” that weren’t completely sealed by my friends when they added them to the unit. Despite this, other than dust and some oxidation from time passing, everything was fine after a wipe down with some Lysol. Jamar was very professional, friendly and helpful in answering my questions about moving out. My only issue with this location are more issues with Public Storage as a company… I had lost the key to my lock and needed to have it cut off. Public Storage provides this service, but only monthly, and I needed it done ASAP so had to hire my own locksmith. Also the price of my unit more than doubled from when I first rented to when I moved out. While the lock issue is my fault, I expected a more timely and helpful resolution as I am sure this is a fairly common problem for storage units. The price increases seem out of step with the going rate for a similarly sized unit at other locations in the area, but as I was out of the area, I wasn’t able to easily relocate my things and so was sort of locked into the higher rates by default. I would recommend this location based on my experience but urge you to organize your items and pack well to ensure a safe experience and be mindful that your price will increase annually, if not more frequently, so keep that in mind if your timeline is uncertain.

If I could rate this storefront 0 stars I would. Rented from them for almost 2 years and when I went to move out a few days ago, all of my stuff was covered in mice droppings. I had no food items in my unit. Customer service is difficult to get a response from and they refuse to do anything about it. I had insurance, offered by public storage, but they only pay an incredibly small amount. Was not only disgusting to physically move my stuff, but also had to throw away a lot of my things. And, was paying almost $200/month for a small unit. Terrible service.

Jamar rules! We were moving and visited the supplies center a bunch. Jamar was always there, friendly and helpful. We were able to avoid Home Depot and other big box stores and he made our move that much less stressful.

Mr Gupta rented me a space today very easy paperwork and the unit was clean and tidy

Clean and safe, but there have been issues every single month with our auto payment. Last month we removed all credit and debit cards from our account and added our checking account as a payment method, but the company has bypassed this revoking of permissions and still apparently has access to those cards that have been removed because I was informed that the payment was rejected from the card this month. Trying to contact management in concern was met with "I didn't set up your auto pay, I don't know what to tell you" when I attempted to alert them to this issue. It is absolutely a risk to leave your financial information with these people.

Quick and convenient, great customer service

This company is terrible! I reserved a unit online (and paid 1st month's rent). Based on the reviews about how difficult it was to navigate around the property, I called the property to ask for the best way to get from the gate to my unit (which elevator to take, etc.) Muhammad, who answered the phone, was extremely rude! He kept on saying that I should use the google map to find the property. I repeated twice that I'm asking for directions from the gate to my unit, not how to get to the gate of the property. Muhammad apparently needs further education in English because he just didn't understand! I asked if there were other staff onsite; unfortunately, he was the only one there that day. I asked how could I find an answer to my question, and he hung up on me! This is enough to make me cancel my reservation! Since I haven't moved in, they were supposed to refund the 1st month's rent (another staff on the property and online customer service both verified this). It's a shame that they wouldn't refund the $29.99 "administrative fee" (what "administrative" work did they do besides hanging up on people?!!?) It's been 7 days now and I still haven't received my money back!!! Beware of this company! They don't properly train the property managers and their refund policy and process is ridiculous!

I used this storage area from Oct 2021-Aug 2022. I had a great experience! Everyone in the office was super nice. Ending my units were also very easy with Tommie - very appreciative of him during a stressful time! 10/10 would highly recommend this location!

Location was difficult to get into and figure out where to park. When we finally figured it out the front door was locked (at 10:30am on a Saturday) and when we stood out front and called no one answered and the lights turned off. No sign on the door about why they were closed during work hours. We went to CubeSmart on Lee Hwy, 5min drive away and I would highly recommend them.

It was very easy to access and cancel my payment when i was finished with the unit because a very kind gentleman named Tommy helped me over the phone. Thanks Tommy!!

This public storage is located at a very convenient spot and has ample parking and carts to assist in moving stuff into storage. The employees, especially Jemar, went above and beyond in making sure I got the best deal possible and his customer service was really great.

Monica was absolutely amazing and so helpful! When we got to our unit to unload we realized we had accidentally rented a small locker that required a ladder. Monica took the time to find us a more appropriate unit for our needs. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. You just don’t see customer service like that much anymore.
