Great location rent increases when ever they want! but the biggest reason for the 5 stars is Lisa she is the best thing that ever happened to public storage! She deserves a raise she goes above and beyond! Unlike Bonnie who was rude and had an attitude problem and I know she pulled my $1600 mattresss out of my unit and put a tear in it! Crystal was nice and very helpful. I would give her 5 stars. But I found some things that have been bothering me about this place.
1. I wish they provide garbage cans in the buildings.
2. The elevator doors need to have door stoppers. The door keep closing on me while I was trying to move my stuff out of the elevator. The door closed on my picture frame and broke it.
3. The cleanliness is not impressive.

I have gotten my rent raised up from 220, a month for a 10x25 to 346.00 a month in less than 9 months ! But if you look at their prices to rent the same unit ,they still rent them for 220 a month . very deceptive business practices . Save your self a lot of money and give your business to an honest storage facility.

Lisa was awesome. I went in there the other day to look at a couple of the medium size storage units and she showed me a couple, we walked all over the place. She Took the time to show me the different ones, sat down with me and explained how it worked. How much I'd pay and told me about the place . She really went out of her way with me and and explain to me things in a way that I can understand them, where other people have not taken that kind of time with me. That really means a lot to me. I believe that Lisa is a great asset to your company and a very nice, caring wonderful person. If finances allowed I would have rented a unit through her. I would highly recommend this place and if you stop in please ask for Lisa, Lisa will do you right every time. Once again thank you Lisa taking the time to help me out

Lisa, Ty, and Spencer put in a huge effort to make things right when a little mistake was made that forced me out of my unit. I greatly appreciated it when they made it easy to understand by printing out the paperwork to show where credit was applied and when the next payment is due. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Lisa and Tai, are the best! Lisa has always been up on keeping the place clean and safe! I've came to her with concerns and she handles them right away! She's always been so respectful and sweet! I've just recently met Tai, they're really nice and kind, very respectful as well! I've been using this storage for about 6-7 months now and will continue to until I don't need it! Definitely will be recommending to anyone who asks! And Definitely will be coming back to this one especially, I love the people here!
My family have used public storage for many years. We especially like the one on 3900 south And 15 something east. Lisa and Tai have always been so kind and helpful. We will always continue to use them as needed. I used to have 2 units and my daughter is currently using them. So I am sending kudos to them.
The manager Lisa is amazing and has helped with all questions ive had. Tai also has been very sweet in all interactions I've had! The location is always upkept and a friendly environment. I would say out of all the public storage locations this location has been the best to use!

My 10x10 unit has had three price increases since 3/2022. $50, $30, and now $59. This is my first time renting a storage unit, so perhaps the constant rent increases are normal🤷♀️ normal or not, it’s lame and I’m done renting from here.

Just as a fair warning to everyone, these trailers are not meant to be lived in. To me, this is a palace befit for a king! but the rules are the rules! Might as well go kick rocks.

I would like to thank the man who helped my grandma over the weekend. She has a hard time opening her door and he came up and opened her door. Then she needed a box moved to get to her Christmas stuff and he moved it for her then went and got a cart for her and even moved it to her car for her. Thank you so much for treating my grandma like this she wanted me to make sure I told your boss. I'm so sorry but she forgot your name. She will be a customer for life after being treated like this. Oh she also wanted me to say he helped her put a couple of heavy boxes into her car for her. She says you are the definition of a gentleman. Thank you so much from her and all of her family for helping her trying to get Christmas set up early as a surprise for everyone.
Update: Bonnie called me back very quickly and we set up a time for me to come get my lock off to replace the locking mechanism. I went right after work and she was ready to replace the piece. Took 5 mins and the job was completed. Thank you so much Bonnie for being so helpful, you made it good. So I'm changing from 1 star to 5 star!
Someone tried to break into my storage unit about 6 months ago and they bent the locking handle trying to pry it open. Public storage manager told me that we could set up an appointment to replace the locking mechanism on the unit I'm renting. I've been calling almost daily and my gf has tried to get ahold of somebody to replace the locking mechanism for the last 6 months and have not received any response back from anybody at public storage. I'm thinking about moving my property to a different storage company. They raised the price on me months ago and I still have not received a working locking mechanism on my storage unit. Im dissatisfied with public storage on 3900 s 1545 e for sure.

Terrible experience! There were people living in the units. There was something put in front of the sensor of the gate so it would stay open. This allowed the questionable people to go in and out without the gate locking out at 9pm. I reported it, but was then downplayed by the manager. I also called corporate and was told that the regional manager would call me back, never heard another word. I was worried about my stuff, I saw some questionable things going on there. I emptied the unit because I no longer felt that my belongings were safe there. Everything I was told didn't happen there was happening there.

Bonnie is the greatest.She gave my car a jump when it was dead and helped me out greatly when I was on crutches after surgery. I have enjoyed my years here and will stay many more.
So I give one star only do To the fact The communication is much to be desired. Not only did I spend a $118 to move in to my units but I paid my 1st month's rent of $80 just to find out that when I moved out 7 days later I got no return whatsoever however. I ended up paying $200 for 35 days of storage yet was informed I would have a refund but got nothing! The facility Is great an apparently if you have mo ey to blow its even better. Be sure to check the fine print.....
I showed up before the closing time to pay for the unit cash I was unable to so I sought a new unit from a different provider
I highly recommend this facility, particularly bc it’s clean, orderly, and well managed. I’ve been renting here for a couple of years & I would not go anywhere else. I convinced two of my siblings & a friend to use this facility too.
Bonny, the manager, is phenomenal. Not only is she professional & helpful, but she’s kind to everyone (even if they’ve treated her like trash & deserve her unrelenting wrath). She cares about people & will treat you like a friend. She even remembers my family members’ names & asks about them, even when she’s only met them once. She is always dependable, returns calls, and takes care of all issues that arise. She is fair, and determined to offer her best. Customer service? Nah. Customer astonishment!
Last weekend, I flew into SLC & I mistakenly forgot my keys to my unit, so I had them mailed overnight to the facility. She knew I only had a few days in town & she knew how important it was for me to get the keys. She’s the only manager on duty & when the post man came, she was in the back, cleaning the facility. But she saw him from a distance. She knew he couldn’t deliver the package w/o her signature, so she ran & chased him down as he was leaving. She immediately called me & let me know my keys had arrived. I’m very grateful for her exemplary service & kindness. She goes above and beyond. She truly cares about her tenants, her facility, and her company. She deserves a big raise & much more praise than I can offer here.

This is hands down the best storage facility I've ever been associated with and there has been quite a few throughout life in various states. Not only is it secure but the biggest and best part of everything is Bonnie. Without speaking to her kindness and all around great attitude there is also the way that keeps the establishment so clean. Unfortunately there are people who think that the storage facility is also a place they can discard their unwanted or broken items and it happens all to often. Bonnie seems to always be picking up after these people who are so disrespectful and entitled. Not only does she do so to keep a clean and safe environment but she does so with the same great attitude that she always has which is super rare. She by far goes above and beyond with regards to all aspects of her job in which I'd assume some of those things are not her job. Thanks for all you do Bonnie

We’ve been with Public Storage for about two years now and just like everything in the world, of course it has its flaws. Throughout the past couple years our items in storage have been kept safe and secure, and I haven’t had to worry about having any issues with our unit. The staff is amazing and we really appreciate the manager Bonnie for her professionalism and her flawless attitude in making sure we’re kept happy. I had a unit here for two years. I lived next door and it was convenient to be so close. Any questions or concerns that I had were handled by management promptly and I would recommend others to store here! Bonny was very kind and always was so quick to respond! She even helped me on multiple occasions after hours or on her days off!

Though I don’t have real opinions about the storage facility itself, this place is made via the interactions you have with Bonnie. She offers consistent above-and-beyond customer service. She’s always genuinely friendly and enthusiastic to lend a helping hand. She helped troubleshoot with me when I was having a tough time liquidating everything from my unit in hopes of fitting it all in my car. She’s always extremely pleasant and you can tell she cares about her job. She wants to ensure that you’re taken care of and that your needs are met. Management should take note.
My parents have kept a bunch of storage here for the past year. The experience hasn't been negative by any means. Like any old storage place, they take a lot of security measures, but I have no doubt someone could bypass them if they REALLY wanted to. The units themselves are very nice and, being internal units, keep your stuff well-protected from the elements.
