The property manager Misty at the location is very kind, helpful and patient. She helped resolve my issues I was having that the corporate customer service couldn’t do. I’d definitely recommend this location and will ask for Misty anytime I need assistance.

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. Every time I was visiting this location to get some things from my unit during the colder months, the lot would be covered in thick ice with no salt put down to melt it and I almost fell a few times (very dangerous). When I needed help with my unit, in the middle of a weekday, doors were locked and no one in sight to help me, I waited for 15 minutes then left. I have been storing my stuff her for the last 2 years and they raised my rent twice each year and it has more than doubled as a result of these rental hikes. I’m going through random medical issues and I do not have the energy right now to be moving my stuff out, and I cannot afford to hire help for it. I really really want to get my stuff out of here. This place is ridiculous!

Sherri was great! The storage unit itself was exactly what the website said it was. Felt like my things were protected. The moving carts were extremely helpful, although if you go at busy times there will likely not be any available for use.

I’ve been a great client paying in advance and not complaining about how much more I have to pay now because they changed the lease without telling me before signing with them from 82 to 97 and now one time I forgot to pay I just had a baby and I just forgot they charged me 20 dollars more I ask them to forgive me just this time and they declined

The staff here is not like it use to be sense the management change.

I really liked this place it was extremely convenient being able to go whenever and get in before 9:00pm. For over 2months now they have a sign that "temporary gate hours are only until 5? Broken gate I'm guessing? OK no problem. But going on roughly 8 weeks? Maybe more? Ridiculous. Storage units literally sit and make money. Barely upkeep at all. Since it's their gat e and they charge borderline Ridiculous amounts for a small box room. Can't they pay someone to at least keep it open for the time that was agreed on when making the contract? I work 7 days a week and don't get off until 6pm and an hour drive on top of that an hour drive. I understand things break but, this company obviously doesn't care about it's customers. The funniest thing is raising their loyal customers rates because of "inflation". it's storage units did the price of garbage and power go up slighly? Disappointed...

The facility is nice and usually clean. They do not plow snow though, it’s up to the customer to pack it down when they drive in. I’ve also had a 24% rate increase after 6 months and now an 18% rate increase after another 10 months. I find that pricing way too much for an orange door. Also, they close without notice. They have emails and phone numbers for customer, they should email/call and let customers know. I don’t think I’d recommend this place. Today, I needed to get into my unit early, at 6:30am, I arrived to this sign and gate. They didn’t call/email/text to notify customers. This is how they operate at this location. Do not rent here!

Gate has been broken for at least 5 days. Cannot get access to the property. I talk to the on-site managers- they said they submitted a work order to corporate but haven't heard back. Called corporate- no one knows what's going on or can do anything. I showed up with rented equip to move things out, but the gate was locked. Total waste of time and money. Rent here if you want to lock up your stuff behind a gate you cannot open.

HELP. I NEED TO CONTACT CORPORATE. THIS PLACE SCAMMED ME AND POSSIBLY AUCTIONED MY UNIT WHILE NOT ALLOWING ME TO PAY. THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO CONTACT ANY CORPAORATE OFFICE, TOLD ME IT WOULD ONLY BE 64 $ SO I MOVED MY ITEMS IN. THEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN THEY RAISED THE PRICE TO 160. AS SOON AS THEY RAISED THE PRICE THEY LOCKED OUT. THEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE ABLE TO PAY ON FEBRUARY 13TH, AM WAITING ON AUTO PAY SO HAVE NO CONTROL OVER EXACLY WHEN. THEY INSISITED ON STILL AUCTIONING MY UNIT, SO I USED MY BANK CARD TO PROCESS AN AUTO PAYMENT. INITIALLY IT WENT THROUGH. BUT THE STAFF STILL WOULD NOT LET ME IN. THEN THEY SAID IT WAS DECLINED??? AND ARE AUCTIONING MY UNIT EVEN THOUGH I PROMISED TO PAY TOMORROW AFTERNNOON. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN PUSH OUT THE AUCTION DATE A FEW HOURS. HOW DO I REACH CORPORATE??

Been here many of years. They chose to raise my rent in a smaller unit so I moved to a bigger one cause it was cheaper. A year goes by in the new unit and I understand inflation and a price raise of 20-30$ here n there. But going over $100 raising my bill, then 3 months later you raise another $50! There tactics are weak, Why? Your good paying tenants you’d rather loose then take care of them. Stay away from this place. They increase prices without telling you. Also the management mainly Doug is lazy and doesn’t care to cleanup around the place. I’ve used the indoor bathroom multiple times for a year. The soap has never worked and the bathroom has never been cleaned.

Doug was great

Wrong unit was given to me on line and was paid for. No one was on site to help fix the problem even though they said someone will be on site for the whole day. One of their customer service people told me it was their mistake. But cannot refund the admin fee. I wouldn’t trust the online customer service as they rush to get the contract and get your money. And don’t care about anything else.

It's nice that you can rent it online and not deal with the workers. I moved half of my stuff in and was locked out the next day turns out I owed them for a unit I had at a different location 10 years ago that I was a few days late, but then called them to make the payment and they already marked it as an abandoned unit and said I emptied it and then didn't pay them. This is how I found out somebody stole my whole unit. Happens a lot at the Kearns location. So then he tells me I owe for one I had previously in west valley. $100 for lien fees and an auction fee. This one I owed 300 but they sold it for 650. By law they have to cut you a check for the amount that is over what you owe. So where is my check for the 350? And why didn't they take the fees out of it? So I really don't recommend this place. I've had issues every time. And now I'm at the one in Murray ... And my code only works during the office hours. Can't get in when I should be able to. And the guy that lives there is on you from the second you get in. I've been asked multiple times if I'm almost done. There is no electricity in my unit and the hall lights turn off every 5 minutes. I've had boxes and crates fall on me just trying to get back to the hall to motion them back on. Unless you have no other option and have to go to public storage due to location or money or time .... I recommend going anywhere else. Nothing but bad experiences with this company.

They can and will randomly shut down access to your stuff. The guy Doug is a extremely rude person and a smart a**. He will find a loophole in any complaint you have . I would recommend going anywhere but public storage. Also they rarely shovel or plow snow. I had to did out my unit several times this year. And my car even got stuck. They raise the rent constantly and are overpriced. Bad service and too expensive

The gate is constantly broken and unable to access property. They have a hard time getting the place plowed

Had to get popcorned around the phone over and hour because the person on shift (Doug) locked the doors and was sitting in the back. Was also extremely rude and kept cutting me off when asking for my contract. They have done nothing to make the process smoother for the theft that happened in my storage unit and although I know they're not responsible for stolen items, they are refusing to hand over camera footage and replace the slider on the storage unit even though it was broken off while someone was on shift. Extremely unprofessional and lazy.

Dirty, Rat infested, and constantly raising rates. When we complained about the rats damaging our property we were cold told to file an insurance claim.

It is extremely easy to rent and get into a space, but once you would like to move out, you can’t get a hold of anyone. Their automated phone system and chat feature is not in anyway useful. You can only get a hold of the sales department, customer service requires a PIN that if you have forgotten the system hangs up on you. Once I was finally able to get a hold of the on-site manager Doug, he was very helpful. But to get to Doug I had to call through their automated system 3 times, finally sales transferred me.
