Public Storage in Southlake, off Colleyville Blvd @ Mustang was a fantastic experience. Although, it's a spacious box to store my furniture. Stacy and Michelle were extremely helpful, giving me a tour of various spaces, explaining the terms and options, and offered a very fair 'deal' for my first month. I would have offered 5 stars, except that given the nature of moves and movers and other unpredictable variables affecting time, I am highly adverse to the thorough 'lockdown' of the entire facility at 9pm. Yes, there's a story to it--one i'm sure several have experienced in the middle of a move. I recognize the necessity of security, but given that no one is in the office past 6pm, while still providing access up to 9pm, what's a few more hours to allow renters to access and complete their transitions. It would be more realistic and REASONABLE to allow tenants access until at least 12am, if not 24 hour access given the stringent entry and elevator/floor access code model. But having an engaging and enthusiastic pair (like Stacy & Michelle) still rate their performance 5stars (but, the over gets only 4 based on the policies that need modification for renter access). I'll be happy to up my rating if that changes!

I needed a last minute storage solution (I mean last minute, I had about 2 hours) And Public Storage was the perfect solution! I was able to reserve and pay for my unit online (took me all of 10 minutes) Once I showed up Stacy and Amanda were very helpful and knowledgeable about how to navigate the building, get my unit access etc. Genuinely took a lot of stress off of me during a very stressful time. Ten out of ten recommend!

I came into get some information about renting a unit and I saw this tall handsome light eyed man walk out of the break room! He needs more time at the front desk!!! Also, Stacy was very helpful with information on renting a unit!!! I need this man's name!!

Amazing service! The young lady at the front (Michelle) was very knowledgeable on what size unit I would need and knew based off how many rooms I’d be packing up! The facility was spotless and no weird guests hanging around. Felt that my stuff will be safe and clean here!

This facility has raised our rent multiple times such that our current rent is 3 times our original rent 4 years ago (not any promotion involved). We asked why our rent was doubled about 2 years ago and it was reduced slightly, but they have more than made up for it in the last year. I will never use Public Storage again. Unless you want to deal with people that will take advantage of you, I would recommend you don't either.

After using this storage facility for less than a year, a huge monthly price hike! They increased my monthly bill by $25 per month. This is $600 a year increase. I've had several storage rooms in the past, and I completely understand increasing the rate once a year by $5 per month, for example, but gouging your customers does not work. I moved out when the contract was up.

Everything was fantastic until my unit was broken into. Southlake PD gets 5 stars. Public Storage should get a negative rating for their handling of the matter. The property manager, Aaliyah (sp?), was less than helpful throughout this process. Not only did she make it clear that she didn’t care about the situation, she also clearly could not be bothered to get the opening that the thieves cut in the room of our unit repaired!!! The top of these indoor units is a chicken wire type material that can be easily cut with any pliers or wire cutters. The theft occurred in December 2022. The opening in the roof - thus making our unit accessible to anyone - was STILL NOT FIXED as of our move-out in August 2023. I was furious about this, but did not move our stuff because the only thing of significant value in the units was stolen in the theft (over $20k of guitars). We made multiple requests to Aaliyah to address the repairs. Each time, we were given the standard “we’ll put in a request for our maintenance guy to make the repairs but he has a lot of things on his list so I can’t give you any definitive timeline.” I requested to speak to her supervisor, but was told “I’ll have him reach out to you.” Do you think the supervisor ever reached out? Nope. Terrible customer service. At one point, Aaliyah bag an to refuse to talk to me because it’s my wife’s name on the storage unit (I wasn’t there when we needed to access it the first time, so it’s only her name on the unit). I am sure that Public Storage runs a much better business than my experience reflects, but this has left a very bad taste in our mouths about the company. I have thought long and hard about whether or not I should write a review over the past several months, and finally decided that I would want to know about this sort of thing before storing my belongings here… so here we are. Be warned that the basic construction of these units leaves your stuff in easy view of people walking down the aisles (just hold your phone camera up over the wall and snap a picture, you can see all of the items stores in each and every unit).

She spent time with us accessing the unit space to see if our things would fit and also took time to see if an additional small unit or one larger unit was available if we needed it. 5 Stars for Amanda. Stacy was very professional and gave us a thorough explanation of how everything works. We are very satisfied with how seamless the whole process was. The units are available in multiple sizes . They are climate controlled , well maintained and clean. We would definitely recommend Public Storage for short or long term storage. Definitely ask for Stacy. She is the best !!

Beautiful indoor multi-level facility. Stacy, the property manager, was very helpful and went out of her way to assist us when we were transferring our items from one unit to another. You enter through two sets of locked doors (one exterior and one interior) using the security code before getting to the units. Building feels very safe. Plenty of carts available to move-in/move-out. Highly recommend.

The facility is decent. My only issue is the on-site restrooms that are never open. Why have restrooms if they’re never going to be available to customers?

The management staff is exceptional. Everyone I speak to at this location are very kind and helpful.

Stacy was more than helpful with every question and getting me exactly what I requested. The facility is clean and I feel comfortable with keeping my stuff there with the level of security. I moved out yesterday 04/29/2022 Eric a property manager was very helpful and understanding. I no longer had a key to the locker and they do have someone that opens the lockers for them but that would have taken 7-10 business days to get done. Eric assisted me in calling the local locksmiths to help me find one that was reasonably. I have had nothing g but good experience with the staff. But the company the only complaint is that they just hacked the prices on all of there storage unites. My 5foot by 10 foot went from $45 a month to $65. I'm on a very limited and fixed income and that was way to much for me to be able to afford. But I do want to say this THANK YOU STACY AND ERIC FOR EVERYTHING.

This is a mixed review as I have had a terrible experience with Public Storage Customer service and a different location. However, Stacy and Eric have been absolutely wonderful and a joy to work with. If they represented this company Public Storage would be in good hands. Avoid other locations and come here!

I have had only positive experiences while renting here over the past two years. The facility is always clean and well kept, and Stacy is the friendliest manager that you’ll ever meet! I just recently switched to a bigger storage unit and she went out of her way to make the storage unit move as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs

Customer service is second to none here @Public Storage , Grapevine. Joshua and Stacy were awesome and professional. They didn’t have the unit the I had reserved but instead gave me a bigger unit for the same price. Can’t ask for anything better.
