I rented a storage unit at this facility, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. After just four months, they raised my rent from $162 to $258 with no warning. I decided to move out, followed all the proper procedures, including removing my lock and completing the online move-out process. I even called to confirm everything was in order, and they assured me it was.
A month later, I noticed they charged me for the next month’s rent. When I called to resolve this, they claimed I hadn’t removed my lock, even though I had. They then demanded I bring the key to the lock, but I still had my lock and key, so if there was a lock there, it wasn’t mine. Instead of helping, they sent me to collections over this!
Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Avoid renting here unless you want unnecessary headaches and extra charges.

Moreover, he went above and beyond to accommodate my storage needs, and made himself available to answer any of my concerns and questions with a smile and a chuckle. The facility is super clean and onsite carts make moving items quick and easy. In addition, Public Storage has a mobile app that helps to view one's account and unlock gate and security doors. I highly recommend Public Storage they got it going on!

I personally hate moving, but working with Eric to secure my storage space added a very pleasant bright spot to what would have otherwise been a dreadful day. Came to close my unit and was a little confused about the painting going on. I was not aware of the notices that were sent out about the project but Brandi was more than helpful and explained what was going on. Move in was super easy and Brandie answered all of the many questions I had. I was nervous because my last experience with a storage unit years ago was one of the worst, but Brandie was very friendly and professional. I even overheard her with another customer who had issues with another location and she was very nice and as helpful as she could be and provided great customer service.
