The customer service was great and the experience was overall outstanding
This facility was the worst. My storage was always locked, and somehow my storage unit had items missing. The lady at front desk wouldn’t do anything until I called police, then another worker from a different location filed the incident report. There’s never anybody there nor do they answer the phones. Don’t recommend.

This is the worst location that they have. You will get the complete run around messing with these people. The lady that “suppose” to be in the front is never tehre half her shift she got the doors locked and is not in the office so good luck if she answers the phone she dont do that either. Shen she do answer she isnt professional at all. I sat in front for 20mins while my sister stood at the door and employee walks pass towards the back entrance and never is seen again , when she is seen 10mins later she says oh i dint work in the inside the lady that work inside is in the back and we asked can she let her know people were in the front she says yes and never come back her or the lady. Still sitting here other customers then came and left she still has yet to show up to the front where she suppose to be . Shut this place down or hire workers who want to work

Worst storage I’ve ever had. After moving in I returned a hour later and I had paint all over my stuff. Every time I go there’s a problem

Not good. The location opens late (9:30AM) and closes early (5:30) PM). Not conducive to working people and the hours reflect a working staff that can’t get to work earlier and is not willing to work later hours like other PS locations that stay open till 9PM.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We secured a unit last summer to store furniture items. The unit was already dirty with a large oil stain (slippery) in it. Additionally, there were times when we couldn't even access the unit because it was covered in bug. When we finally retrieved our items, they were damaged from the vermin that had clearly been in and out of the unit. There was something that came in through the roof and dropped all kinds of debris all over from overhead. The bugs that were covering the building last summer had also found refuge in the unit. Items required professional cleaning and the bugs hitched a ride in all the nooks and crannies in the furniture and we found ourselves killing them for weeks after! Thumbs down!
Ebony is the absolute Best
Angelica helped me out at your location on Appleton and made my check in a BREEZE! I was having issues with my unit at U-Haul and I was frustrated (my apologies if I came off rude, Angelica) but her friendly and helpful customer service is what sealed the deal for me. My unit was clean, the door wasn’t all jammed up, and very spacious. Thanks again!

I was really having a hard time with my unit ,things were wrong, but after a couple of calls my problem was solved. Ebony took care of the problem even giving me a different unit .the other unit was great. I applaud her service cause i know days can be hectic .She never frown or gave me a stupid response. she got up and always said let me see what i can do. After being so mad ,today i talked to her she said come in i got another great unit...Thank you so much EBONY cause i was gonna give up on Public Storage. Once again thanks Ebony for making me stay..( this is for the location on 66th Appleton)
I had place my things in this storage on the Appleton location April 30th as was closed to my location from where I was moving..
To my surprise I had discovered its a rat infestation at this location and when I went to this storage to get some things
Is when I realize of my storage was affected upon opening up the door I seen plenty of rats inside my unit and crawling eating away the insulation on the ceiling
I've mentioned it to management as I can visually see things in the front is damaged I'm very disappointed not getting assistance help with this matter as u had gotten extra insurance that I Pay for and told me it only covers $5000
And I have over $30,000 of my personal property there
I'm currently is pursuing this matter legally and I advise no one to store their things here ..
I'm disabled n now I'll have to move my things in see whats savable as I can't afford this.. I will be pursuing this more with news media to let them be aware what I'm Going through with this matter

If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven't rented a storage unit in over 5 months from this location and am being stalked about 800 dollars I DO NOT owe this company. I've been promised multiple call backs from employees such as Ebony who said their DM would directly give me a call and still nothing. Do not rent here they will continuously charge you for a unit they know you have not used. BAD BUSINESS....NEVER AGAIN.
Took 3 days to get a call back to clean out auction unit.

Ebony was very, very helpful! I was having a really bad day, tired from work and barely any energy to complete the task of moving. Ebony's personality was a breath of fresh air and put me in a better mood and She also reassured me that everything would work out and it did!! Ebony made sure that I was able to make it in time for the drop off and even made sure that I received a clean and spacious unit to store my Mother's many home items. She made sure that I was clear on all terms and made everything seemless!!!!!

This place is a joke for real!! I tried to rent a unit n they are false advertising the units! The units are approximate and we were not offered a walk thru before Renting!! So we go and it's a smaller unit and so we requested to be refunded and they lady tried to tell me no but we haven't even been on property 20min so no I need all my money bk and now she give me a paper stating I would get a full refund and nope she lied!! This company is false advertising units and keeping your money very very poor service and company!!! DON'T RENT from these scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corporate will be getting a call and never will try this place ever!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!
