is so helpful and keeps a clean safe storage facility, she has also helped me out more than a few times when I messed up and forgot to lock my space right, and when I left something behind (great customer), she calls and and is kind, she goes above and beyond. The facility is old, but the elevator works and the entire hallway space inside is clean and bright.

I really love this place! Whenever I'm there on the weekends, Amy, the day Manager, always stops by and says "Hi" while she's making her rounds. She is very helpful with any problem you might have or anything you may need. This location is always kept so clean inside and out, even the bathroom is spotless. There is excellent security throughout the premises, and I love that there's fire sprinklers. The buildings are well lit inside and out, and I feel safe being here at any hour. Very secure heavy duty doors here. I've kept my belongings here for over a year now, and have no intentions of moving, it's really convenient for me!

I've been doing business here for a little over a year now, and I'm quite happy with this location. The manager, Sandra, is the nicest person, she has been so helpful to me when I have a question or need a hand. This is a really safe and secure location. I have an exterior unit with a roll up door and a really high ceiling with ample lighting and a fire sprinkler. My unit stays clean and dry, also the driveways around the facility are well angled and pitched to direct water in to the storm drains. The facility has security cameras and is patrolled. They have a super clean bathroom here as well. You can use either the gate keypad or the App to get in. Everything I need is right here!

I rented from October 2023 to April 2024. Amy helped me and my partner set up a unit, it was very quick and painless and I had many questions over time they were able to answer. It's very conveniently located, easy to access, my storage unit was I think 5x10 which gave me plenty of space for what I needed and I was able to easily set up auto pay. When it came time to move I called and found out I didn't need to do anything but mark my move out on the website and take my lock with me. Super easy and the hours from 6a-9p make it easy for people with varying work schedules like myself to still have access. If I were to live in the area again I'd definitely consider renting from them again. They are always nice when I see them on site whether they're cleaning or in the office!

We love the easy access using the app, one touch to enter the gate and each building. Building is clean and plenty of carts.

My wife and I had a storage unit at this location for 2 years and never had an issue. We started with a 5x10- then realized we needed a 10x10, it was very simple to transfer over.
When we checked out, we let Amy know and she told us we were good to go as long as we were out by 9.

Sandra was so helpful. I do a fundraiser every year and needed storage space for December and January. I originally got a storage unit that was too small. When I told her about that, she immediately offered a bigger unit and it was all super easy to get everything switched over. Sandra does a GREAT job! Amy is NOT helpful. More importantly, I am being charged MORE for a 10'x10' unit than the current charge per the website for a 10'x25', which is a drive up unit!!! And no - they aren't advertising a "special". Further, I've only had the unit for a few months! The rate has increased by at least $70 within a few months. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!! I don't care if I have to drive farther to another location. This is absolutely ridiculous!
