This public storage is great! We were able to get a large unit for a good price compared to other options in the area. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The real selling point is the staff. They’re all very friendly, personable, and funny.

Darilynn has been nothing but helpful and friendly every time I go in, which is about 3-4 times a week. Anytime I have a billing question, it's thoroughly answered and I'm never left feeling unresolved. I switched to this location due to the price being so good, the amazing customer service is such a bonus! I will stick with this place!

I moved out on the Sunday the 2nd, and I was charged for the entire month. So, I paid for 28 days that I never got to use. I called the district manager (Tracy) and she refused to reverse the charge. I'm not coming back to this company again.

The folks are kind of mean here. Randomly called me and confronted me about turning my auto pay off. I shouldnt have to be worried about how i use my payment methods. I've never been late on a payment, and I like to make my payments on the day i choose. Kind of weird that I'm being spied on. I got yelled at, literally walked up and opened up the conversation with something along the lines of "I dont know if youve been told! I cant leave until we get the carts back, and i dont like leaving late!" So I bought my own.

Got some great help today from Dazah! She was able to get me transferred into a smaller unit today super quick and easy, even gave me a map to find my new unit faster. This place is a great location as it is low foot traffic, super secure, and also well kept/clean.

Do not go here!!! Our storage unit was broken into Surprise surprise the system and cameras were down!! Great new employees they got in there!! She said this is regular at storage units well.obviously this one seeing someone elses reveiew just a month ago. Oh and the insurance they think is invalid because you need receipts. Thankful I have them because it was all big ticket items stolen. No evidence of broken locks either

Scott at the front counter is very insightful. Exterior of the building looks clean, interior looks immaculate. Secure location that requires passcodes for entry, and use of elevator. Got a small unit on promotion, so not too expensive.

Recently I had to end business with Public Storage and I wish I would have done it sooner. The main reason why I ended my business with them is because my storage was broken into. I was very disappointed in how they went about it because they didn't even care at ALL! Not even a warning letting us know that our floor had several units broken into. Management was not helpful at all and all she cared about was their rolling carts... Like are you serious? It was horrible! I was also with them for about 2 years and throughout those years my rent increased about every 4-5 months. The prices are ridiculous, so if you are planning on renting from them. I suggest going somewhere else with better prices and better protection!

It's an ok place to store your stuff until they raise the rates after the initial discount. The app and staff were both good. That said, something always seemed to be broken. The North entrance door was broken twice during my storage period (about half a year) which made everyone bunch up in one set of elevators.

Long story short is that the prices jumped at a ridiculous rate and the service plummeted. The cost of our storage unit jumped by $60/month. There has been no carts for moving things for months. I was told people were putting them in their units. The door closest to our unit has also been out for months which makes it really difficult when combined with the cart situation. When I expressed my concern about all of these things the worker was rude.

Jason was very helpful and made it easy to transfer to a larger unit when I needed it. Excellent service :)

If I'd written this review prior to 2022, this would've been a 5 star review, but since then my unit has been broken into twice in the span of a year and only now are they upgrading their security. The staff remains friendly and easy to work with on these matters, but if you're looking for a safe place to store your stuff, this isn't it.

Jason and Darlene at the Public Storage office were very pleasant and very helpful. They convinced me to continue my rental at this storage facility. They deserve a big raise. They are the best.

They had the lowest price in the area when I signed up. Just in a year, it grew up three times higher. Now I pay one of the most expensive price in area. They almost never have any carts available. Have to carry your stuff.

Darlynn was absolutely a dream to work with. She answered all our questions. Provided the perfect unit to hold all our belongings.

Only one entrance side has 2 working elevator, the other entrance has been closed for maintenance since i booked the storage unit 6 months ago in November 2022. Another frustrating part is that there are only 3 moving carts for storage this size, so you will have to wait or get your own to move heavy stuff.

I have been renting 3 years and they have been fantastic! I’ve never rented storage before and honestly was quite nervous about security and long term storage. Darlynn has been so kind and supportive explaining the process and the security measures they follow. I absolutely recommend using this Public Storage and asking for her if you’re a first timer, she’ll put you right at ease!

More often than not if there’s over 5 vehicles at the site there won’t be any carts available. You’d think that raising the prices do often would allow for the purchase of more. I spoke to Darlin who apologized for this inconvenience and indicated they’ve order more without avail. Fortunately, she was kind enough to allow me to use their personal hand dolly. Nice gesture, but unfortunate that it came to that. Please support those that support you !!

I had a unit rented at this location for about a year. The customer service was fantastic, as well as the app used to gain access to the building as well as make payments. The location is cleanly, easy to get to, as well as temperature controlled. I chose this location due to the temperature control having stored some fragile property including a piano. Would definitely rent from this location again due to the security and peace of mind of having my belongings here.

My husband and I had a very trying day, dealing w car trouble while traveling to Whidbey Island, from Idaho. While waiting here for a tow truck, we had the pleasure of being greeted by Kimberly. She was extremely charitable and kind, as well as positively outspoken, regarding the storage, service and products offered here. We were beyond blessed to become acquainted w her. We are pleased and grateful to praise her professional and friendly manner, to the fullest extent.

Horrible management makes your life very difficult no customer service just likes to make and keep things very difficult with nothing resolved!! Do not store your things here I will guarantee you will be much happier anywhere else but here!!!

The space is clean and it is pretty easy to get too. There seem to be many transient people around. They have oddities from time to time. Like the blackout of electricity going on when we had movers hired to move our stuff there. However, they credited us $100 for the month, after we jumped through many hoops, because it caused extra time for our movers. I thought that was great, but not without work in our end. They have some shortages on moving carts at times. Might want to get your own. People lock them in their storage units.Not their fault. If you are a person doing that..please return it. I feel bad for the poor lady at the front listening to the complaints, as the manager never calls back, follows up or takes facility care seriously and just puts it off on front end staff. I just had rates raise an they claim to have sent a bill to my house, even though everything else comes to my email and the attached was the first idea that it might have been raised. After 3 calls and call back from managment, they finally told me that the system mistakenly cannot do math, ( $319 - $95 is $224. The bill says $313.)and that my bill got raised.Looking for a new unit somewhere else to move my stuff. Not confident here. Will be leaving soon.

" At first I thought this was a decent place to rent from for storage needed for to lack of room.... Out of the blue, for no excuse or reason told, our elevator access was denied - for OVER A WEEK!! We get access back that's completely limited to their working hours..... Still no answer as to why we had to go through this either.... Negative five stars.
