Doug was very helpful and explained all the extra fees that online reservation didn’t.
Unit ok but rate DOUBLED in one year. Bait and switch or just bad business? They wait for you to get settled in then start raising the rate. It is no longer even competitive for the area. Be warned. My initial rate was not advertised as 'introductory' or 'first-year' or anything like that- it was just the posted rate.
All my stuff in my storage unit was moldy and there was nothing in it that could cause that. I never will be going there again
Absolutely the WORST customer service on the planet. We reserved a space to temporarily store a vehicle that had just been purchased. It was a solution to a two cars/ one driver situation, that would resolve in a couple of days when I returned to WA.
My partner was told that everything was set up so he could enter after business hours and park the car. That is NOT what happened.
When he attempted to access the space and couldn't, he called their customer no-service line and learned the effective date of the reservation had been changed by the local office without his knowledge. It wouldn't be effective until the next day.
He was stuck over 100 miles from home with 2 cars. The people at the phone center informed him they could fix the issue, but it was "too close to when they close", so they refused to correct the problem the local store created.
As a result, our newly purchased car is parked on the street with the battery removed, and my partner will be making another 200 mile round trip in the morning to go back and pick it up with a trailer.
This is the second time we have had an unsatisfactory experience with Public Storage. A location in California gave an incorrect parking space number to park a car that we were storing. It was THEIR error and WE had to pay a towing company $200 to move it to the correct space, since we were working several states away.
I will NEVER do business with these incompetent people again.

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Ive been using them going on two years and the property is kept as clean as can be.
I struggled with the raised rent and may have to move down a size which wont fit all my things so instead of saving my items and storing them, ive found i now have to get rid of over half my things . Other than the rent increases, im happy with management and how well the property is cared for.

Went to this location to rent a unit at another location that had no employee there for the day. Doug helped me and went beyond what I've found to be typical customer service at any storage faucility I've rented at. I wasn't even a customer for his location, and he made sure i was taken care of and in my unit right away. Im hooked on public storage from here on!

Unfortunately, after my storage was opened, my rates continuously raised over 15 percent every 2 - 3 months. I would not recommend this storage company to individuals on a budget or low income individuals. Further, the Public Storage property manager, Kimberly, made it difficult for my elderly disabled house bound mother to make an account correction before her death. After my mother's passing, I had to contact the district manager and corporate office to ensure the correction. Truly, I am disappointed with Kimberly's customer service, her rudeness, and inability to take care of the situation.

Kimberly the on-site manager is a real piece of work. I've been harrased several times about spending to much time at my unit. The thing I don't get a few spaces down from me is a couple that atleast twice a week pull everything out go thru it then stuff it all back in all while screaming at their
child. Of all the times I've seen Kimberly just drive by in her golf cart and not say a thing but come ask when I'm leaving. 7-6-23 I've made a complaint to Tracy the district manager all she did was make excuses for for Kimberly. I don't do anything different than anyone else. Now that I've come forward with a complaint my rent went up $66.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE, THIEVES ARE PRESENT! My storage unit was broken into and about 150 dollars of items were removed with enormous sentimental value. Don't even get me started on the back and forth between organizing them, their insurance, and the police. Save your stuff and your sanity.

Public storage is a great place to rent from. I am renting from this property and they are really great. I haven't had any issues at all. I've been renting for about 3 years now. And still great sevice.

Mary and Josie are the absolute best. I am a property manager and we had a number of displaced residents we needed storage for. These 2 ladies went above and beyond to help get units close together. Helped me when navigating moving things in and out. I highly recommend this place.
Storage
This company has no regard for homeless or long time renters. We rented a storage space for $196.00 a month 2 years ago. They have raised the rent 2 times. Fee was at $260.00 a month. Just received a email they are now raising it to $355.00 a month 😞 everything we own is in that unit. Homeless and on disability 🤷♀️ my husband and I always had great jobs and hit hard times. I wish companies like this would stop making it harder on people than it already is.
