This location is wonderfully managed by the amazing Kris. The units and grounds are impeccably maintained because of her diligence and eagle eyes. Even at the booking process, Kris reached out to see if I had any questions and promptly addressed several concerns - a truck broke down at the main loading door and she ensured that it was moved, as well as addressing a broken light fixture in the unit. Thank you, Kris! You made the entire storage process seem like a breeze with your knowledge, quick wit, hard work and passion.

Kris is the BEST manager ever!! I've had my unit here for six years and just moved it to a smaller unit on the property. She helped me so much to make sure I was able to move everything since it was only my daughter and I moving units. If it wasn't for Kris and her knowledge I wouldn't continue to keep my stuff here.

Clean and secure storage facility. Great staff. Got a call from site manager Kris to inform me that there was an issue with my Credit Card and autopay. Probably saved me from seeing my unit on an episode of "storage wars". Minus 1 star because my rent doubled within 2 years. I know rent is expected to increase but doubling is pretty insane.

Super nice and patient, manager helped while at another location
I rent two of these units. I run a staging business and after I empty a residence, I need time to get organized. Every time I show up, my access is blocked or limited because of this tractor-trailer situation. I’ve addressed it with management on two separate occasions now and they’re still allowing it to happen. I also have never had a light in one of my two units. Apparently it’s an extremely time consuming process to find the right individual to put in a new lightbulb. I am extremely frustrated!

Stay away from all public storage!! Crooked, greedy, and extremely biased. Tried making complaint that just made things worse. Rent went up by $100 dollars when that didn't bother me they gave me a 8 hr notice to vacate on an eviction or risk losing my stuff to them.

I recently used Public Storage and I am extremely pleased with my experience. The prices were great for a climate controlled, 5x10 storage unit - and the setup process was easy. I didn't need to check-in, or talk to a single person, even the first time I accessed the space. All access was done wirelessly and through their mobile app, making it very convenient.
The facility was very clean and felt safe. The location was also great, as it was easily accessible and close to public transportation.
The unit itself was clean and secure, and it was easy to access. I was also impressed with the security measures that Public Storage has in place. The facilities are well-lit and have security cameras, and they offer 24-hour access.
They offer a great value for the price, and they have a convenient location and a wide variety of storage unit sizes and types. Scott was especially helpful on my move out day. Thank you Scott!

This place is a scam. Tried to rent a unit that was on sale, filled out everything to and then if you don't buy their insurance (I have my own) you cannot reserve the unit! What a waste of my time and a terrible way to do business.

We have been customers of this location since about 2006. In the past few months we have noticed that the property is cleaner and many small repairs have been made making it much nicer to come and go. Rosemarie has been a great addition to the property personnel.
This place is absolutely horrible. I do not recommend renting a storage unit here when you need anything you cannot get a hold of anyone. I had my unit burglarized inside.
