Susie was kind and the best experience ever
If you have extra stuff this is the place to store it. The property manager has always been helpful and nice. My family has used this location off & on for 11yrs. and we have always felt that our stuff is safe here.

My rent started at $104 a month just a few months ago and now it's increasing to $156 a month starting in November. I know that is not a lot compared to what others may be paying, but that is a 50% increase. Am I to expect another 50% increase in a few months again? I don't care that I was paying a low amount for my unit, 50% increase is still unacceptable, regardless of the price in my opinion. If I get another increase like this, I'm packing up and looking for another storage place that is not Public Storage. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know.
I am/was very happy with my experience at this Auburn P.S. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I started to leave, and came back with more questions. She was very patient and I didn't feel like I was bothering her. She was patient and answered every question.

It kinda sucks when ur a auctioner and don't have gate code and nobody is in the office to let u in but they say u have to clean it out in 24hrs

My rent there is ridiculous now. $295 a month for a 10x10 unit after years of being there. Just looked online, and new customers get the same unit for $69.00. I'll be looking to move my stuff somewhere else very soon.
Edit: Complained about price increase, and they lowered it to my previous price, which is still higher than the new customer price .
I regret to say that my experience with Public Storage at this location has been quite disappointing. The property manager and the entire staff have demonstrated unprofessionalism, making the overall service below the expected standard. Communication has been lacking, and their performance seems unfit for the responsibilities associated with the job. I hope for improvements in the future to provide a better customer experience.
Let me start by saying that they will increase your monthly fees without your knowledge, so better prepare yourself for that surprise. Of course, this will have a huge impact to most of us who have little to no extra money for that increase. Second, getting ahold of anyone is a complete and total waste of time. Calls and emails end up somewhere far beyond the unknown part of the universe. Where that might be, God knows. And when you decide to visit the location of your chosen storage facility, at least where we are, they are, of course, closed even on business hours because why not, right? Why would they be open on business hours? That is probably too much to ask. Well, maybe they’ll do better. Maybe not. But if you are a potential customer and think of doing business with these guys, I strongly suggest that you DON’T. It is not worth your time, energy, and money. Find a better public storage facility. You’re welcome.

I wanna give a huge shout out to Karoline. She is very kind very helpful and just a pleasant person to have in your facility. It was really nice because I booked a storage unit online when I went in the next morning I was ready to go put my stuff in the storage unit. It was really the easiest thing. Please give her a raise.

I needed a unit for a couple months. I rented it without hassle and when I was done removed my items and swept out the unit. Easy as can be. It is a gated and very well managed facility.
Renee and Suzanne were super helpful when I came to clean out a locker.

Update: Even though they sent out an email saying they will close at 5, they end up closing and locking the gate long before that so make sure you call and see if there will be someone there when you want to get you stuff. This is by far the worst storage place I’ve used, can’t believe I’m paying $300/mo for this.
They say they won’t raise your rent and then do it anyway. The gate is unreliable so you can’t get to your stuff when you want/need to, only when the gate decides to work right or you can wait for someone to come down and open it for you. And to top it off, they have a storage container blocking half the road to get in/out.

Best service EVER! My family and I were in a bind, without any way of fixing it ourselves.. Andria, the property manager, went out of her way way give us EXCEPTIONAL customer service and treated us with such kindness. She showed such care for my family and our items we are storing. We're out of state , so its making things a bit challenging, but she was so knowledgeable about all of their services, was nice enough to walk me thru everything and give me all the information I needed. She also gave helpful suggestions, told me options we had and helped fix everything!! You won't find better customer service, better bang for your buck or nicer people than you'll find here!!!
