Needed to make some changes in preparation for Household Goods delivery and Mo absolutely squared me away.
I was so frustrated that I’d paid a bunch of money for a single 10x30 when I needed two smaller units. She transferred what I’d paid to a much more appropriate sized unit as credits and got me into a second that will work great.

I’ve never deleted a positive review for a place but enough is enough. this company has tried to increase my storage fees by $50 a month at least twice since I put my stuff there in January 2023!! ridiculous bait and switch and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone to field questions or concerns. at least give customers a year or so before raising prices that dramatically! if I don’t get a call back today, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for new storage company. renters beware!

My family and I have rented public storage before, the experiences have always been good. But this Fullerton Rd location is amazing. Mo, is one of the kindest and most thoughtful property managers I’ve ever met. There were 3 other customers and myself in the lobby all needing assistance. Mo greeted all of us as we came in and was was able to give personal attention to all of our needs. Later, as we were moving in she came to check to make sure all was well with our unit. Best PS location. Ever.

Just closed out a rental stint there at Fullerton Rd. Very clean, great hours, easy access and a cool lot Manager (Mo). Only negative is that rates can/will go up, especially if you get a deal online. Mine jumped $80 extra a month. That's not why I stopped renting a unit though.
