So the location is went to ended up not even getting the unit. First off wasn't told it was a locker it was up high not reachable Im only 4'11 so that was u acceptable. Now when I first walked into the location the guy who worked in there assumed since I have tattoos on ny face that Im ghetto, I told him thr place smelled like good food and he said he thought that I smelled the weed that he had just smoked. Then I asked him to update our unit he was not able to do so had to refund us then charge us again so we just cancelled the whole transaction.
Did an awesome job helped me out very smoothly in my time of crisis also make sure I got the best unit for my items. Super helpful.

I visited Cubesmart May 22nd and was assisted by an employee named Lakisha. I was having trouble finding the right storage and she was very helpful and informative. Lakisha took the time to explain the differences between several units. She even let me look through a few and gave honest feedback based on her experience.
