Very nice, really modern and easy to figure out. If you are confused with something, it’s as easy as going to the little kiosk and FaceTiming a live rep at the location you are at. I was given a good deal and the people I talked to on the phone were really nice and super helpful.
Josie has been tremendous to work with from the start. Check in was easy, our unit was just what we were looking for, and she has called to check in to make sure everything went smoothly and asked if we had any questions. I highly recommend this storage unit in the area. We are so appreciative!
I had to get a couple units for work and the staff at the location Diamond Springs road that assists me for the Hayden location is wonderful and always able to help me when I come into the Diamond Springs location.
It's decent but people need to be held accountable for the amount of times they have broken doors and the little carts public storage is so nice to leave out for people.
JOSIE has been great I've loved working with her, she's was very helpful and understanding and give me a great solution to my problem. So much appreciated.

I decided to move out today because I went last week & it was dirty…a lot trash out front…I thought what in the world. Since the last manager left…the storage facility has really gone down. When I went back a few days later; the trash out front was still there. I liked having an employee at the facility at all time as it previous was.
RYAN, RYAN, RYAN IS ALL I CAN SAY!! I lost me key (or thought I did) and she led me through the entire process of getting my lock cut and acquiring a new lock only to find out I didn’t need one 😅. But through the entire process her attitude and patience was awesome! She took the time to come to my unit with me and we figured out the issue… Did I mention her awesome ATTITUDE ?!?! Even with a ditsy customer. Truly a gem, looks like I’ll stay a while!
Susan was the best ever! She made everything very easy for me and was very concerned for my needs. She always helped me when I had a concern or question. My experience with her made it very nice to have a storage space at that facility ! Thank you !

Good afternoon,Ms.Susan was very helpful with getting new keys cut for my storage unit. She was also very informative about the new transition of how plug public storage is being ran. She is a very helpful employee of Public Storage.
I’ve been at this public storage for a few years and Susan had helped me from the first day. She is so friendly and helpful. She remembers exactly who you are and what space you have. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and from what I’ve experienced, she goes above and beyond to make sure Things are running smoothly and her customers have a pleasant experience. She could definitely never be replaced by a computer screen.

I absolutely love this place it is always clean the staff is always friendly and the manager Susan goes out of her way to help you every chance She gets
Total rip-off. They prorate your first month so that they can shift your billing to the first and have you pay for the month in advance. But then when you move out they don't provide a refund for the portion of the month you don't use. Also they charge an outrageous amount for insurance that they make you sign up for hoping that you will not go back and cancel with in the first 30 days. It is clear from the response of their customer service that these are issues commonly complained about and they don't budge. Do not give them your money.

I highly recommend Public Storage to everyone! Susan specifically made my experience with them incredible! I was going through a tough period and she made the experience seamless. She was genuine, kind, sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful (she even helped me try and fit my bike into my tiny little car.) She gave me advice about packing my unit and helped me pick out the items I needed to pack boxes. Kudos to management for hiring such an incredible person. She deserves a raise and so much more!!
