Clean facility but they have one cart. ONE CART! Someone the other day mentioned that customers are hoarding the carts in their storage units. I’ve called them twice but no one has called me back. That was weeks ago. They must get complaints all the time yet they have only had one cart available for at least 3 months. They have done nothing to solve the issue (either tracking down the people who hoard the carts or get more carts). They get $250 a month from me. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to bring stuff to my cart because I have to wait for the three people who are waiting before me. BUY MORE CARTS PUBLIC STORAGE! Don’t rent a unit here until they get more carts.
**Here now on 8/19/23. STILL NO CARTS. UNBELIEVABLE! Have people sign them out to use them. This is ridiculous.
Update on 3/12/24: I left this public storage last month. While they have gotten more carts, they raised the rent on my 10x10 unit 3 times since I started my rental in September 2022. I started my rental at $120 and was paying $260 by December 2023 (more than 100% increase)That’s insane. I moved my stuff down the road and look forward to the new storage center opening on West Ox Road (2 miles away) to find more competitive pricing. By the way, I checked at the end of February to see what they were charging new customers for a 10x10 unit and it was around $125 (so why was my unit $260?). My guess is they hook you in with a low price and then jack up your rental rate over the course of your stay. I would steer clear of this public storage unless you plan a very short term stay. Lastly, there are 3 parking spots, so unless you come at odd hours, you may not have a place to park when loading/unloading.

This location doesnt have any carts! We incurred cost to move items out of storage and there is not ONE SINGLE CART! Paying $200 a month and can’t even move my things! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
There are NO carts. I have disabilities and my storage is on 4th floor. How the hell am I supposed to get my things in & out of storage!? Heard people were holding the carts in their storage locker and stealing them. Find who is doing it & press legal charges for theft. Then get more carts. Hold a credit or debit card on the cart. If cart is not returned, charge their card. If the cart is returned, no charge. People are so rude, selfish and common these days. Just makes me sick. It's like going to the grocery store to get groceries with no cart available. ALDI makes u put in a quarter yo get a cart..... Start holding people's credit/debit cards while they use the carts. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY AT THIS POINT WITH NO CARTS.

I rent for my company storage and it’s close to my house. Few months later I found this and, I can tell that there is nest for these rats. How property manager handle this issue was like just swap and pick up… seriously?? It seemed normal for him and there was nothing he can do about this. I tried to contact regional manager or even customer service and none of them contact me back..

I talked with Crystal, who not only treated me with courtesy and friendliness, but she was efficient and knowledgeable. She not only fixed my problem but found an error and fixed that too, saving me money and making me feel that I *wanted* to stay with Public Storage instead of looking elsewhere. Ram and Yousif are very pleasant and have helped me with back to back rentals. Going from a larger unit to a smaller unit and the transition was smooth and efficient.
Do not use this facility unless you want mice in all your items. I went to retrieve something out of my locker and saw a mouse scurry away. There were droppings everywhere. Decided to move my things to another facility closer to my house, and when I did, I found dead mice and others still alive running around my unit. The management knows of the problem, but said they couldn’t do anything about crediting my account. They seemed indifferent which was so frustrating. Do not at all recommend.

Was great until only few months after renting, my rent has increased $45. I will take my stuff out of there and look somewhere else. It was nicer when not owned by public storage. Scamming people with all the fees and rent increases. My unit is climate controlled but last few months its extremely hot in the storage unit building. I feel my stuff is going to get mildew/mold if they keep doing this with the air. I pay for climate control but yet I dont feel the air is even on in the building.

I just want to take a moment to say how much I appreciate the customer service provided by Ram today. Yesterday upon visiting my locker I realized it was too small. Today I was greeted with a walk to my new locker and a request to place the company lock on my old locker once I retrieved my personal lock. The process was easy, my pervious balance was credited and now I have the room I need to begin storing my items. Thank you Ram!
