The customer service is incredible. We've been renting there for 3 years and never had an issue. Everyone we've encountered at the office has always been helpful and extremely friendly.
Only downside is that Public Storage raises rent quite frequently and significantly. Cannot fault the local people for this, they have nothing to do with it and I'm sure most storage places are the same.

I rented a unit here a while back, Ram royally messed up and rented me a broken unit. Had to pay my movers twice to move my stuff. Then, PS doubled my rate, when I didn’t want to rent that unit in the first place. They ended up selling my stuff without giving my a chance to even get it. Stay away from Public Storage and the is fool of a human being Ram.

Was a happy renter for 4 months then received notice that my storage unit rent will go up by $115 next month! 5 months and it's going up by 30%. This is unbelievable. Do NOT recommend. Stay away from Public Storage.

Been storing at this location for 2 years and they’ve been great. Darryl is amazing! Every time I’m there he’s incredibly helpful. Great customer service! Broke my key in my lock and he was able to help me out & save my lock!! Would recommend this location.
2024 update - I’m still incredibly happy with this location and I think it’s been 4 years now I’ve been here. Victoria is also incredibly fantastic and they provide excellent customer service and there is always a warm smile anytime I need any help.

This place is infested with rats. There is rarely anyone in the office to address problems. The one person I see from time to time, Daryl, is very helpful and attentive, but there is only so much he can do. Avoid this storage complex.

Bait and Switch marketing. Poor customer service.
I had a bad experience with Public Storage and would never use them again. Public Storage uses bait and switch marketing tactics. I joined during a promotion where the first month was free, which is the bait. When I signed up, there was an initiation fee and mandatory lock purchase ($20) that are added that is not disclosed until the very last step in the process. In fact, on the first page of sign up there was "Rent for this much today" message. By the final page, that number has increased substantially while nothing else has been added or changed.
There is also an insurance fee that is free for the first month. To add insult to injury, the web site repeatedly failed and I had to go to the storage site to sign up (very inconvenient). Even worse, I called and talked to the site manager who said "Come any time between 9 AM and 5 PM." So I can at 2 PM and the office was locked and nobody was around. I called the office number which went to voicemail. I called the 800 number that after 5 minutes of question simply transferred me to the office I had been calling. I waited 25 minutes for someone to show before leaving to run an errand. I called back before leaving the area and the facility guy answered this time - he said he had been "Inspecting the facility" (for 25 minutes?!)
Do yourself a favor, go to a different storage facility, there are many in the area.

Place is nice but the gate doesn't always open. I had to go inside to have someone open it for me as it kept telling me on the app I had no access. Another issue is the price varys every month. I would prefer a set monthly price.

The location is very convenient and the service is amazing! Darrell was extremely helpful, friendly and empathetic to my issues.
I was not able to unlock the lock, it was a lock purchased 3 years ago from public storage and it had completely rusted both the outside and inside mechanisms.
Darrell spent 15 minutes trying to get it to loosen up & open with silicone spray to no avail. The lady who cuts the locks already came this month but Darrell and Tanya (who called me) worked to get her back in the area and are replacing my lock due to it malfunctioning.
They have Good service I’m recomended this place
