The process is easy and good service Bryan
Went for the first time today to acquaint myself with the business and drop off my first load. Very clean, but when I entered my unit, there was no way to get the light turned on. It was on the ceiling w/o a string or cord.
Went down to the office, the property manager met me back up at the unit and found it didn’t just need the cord reattached.
Back down to the office to transfer my contract to a different unit - went very well and the manager was very pleasant and professional. Took care of all that needed to be done to right the situation.
Money hungry thiefs. In 5 year span increased monthly rental rate from $110 to $234. Look who is feeding inflation in America.

Very professional & great customer service! Easy to work with. I was frustrated trying to get a unit online. I showed up to the storage facility, & called for help. Someone came immediately even being sort staffed was able to send another person from another location within 10-15minutes. Easy payments online & the app works great! Easy move in & the Dolly helped a lot & the good elevator space being that my unit is on the second floor!(: Also reasonable prices! That's always extremely helpful to have!

This Public Storage is economically sound location as far as location and they have promos for $1 first rent payments. The staff are friendly and helpful. The drive up spaces are convenient and easily accessible. The Bluetooth function to open the gate from your mobile device is a great feature. I recommend this Public Storage to anyone living in Manassas mainly in the Liberia Region but it is good location for surrounding areas too.
