Steer clear, plenty of other options in the area. Whether it be the gate, the lights, or the elevator, something is always broken for weeks on end. Good luck finding anyone in the office too.

terrible employees and even worse customer service.
with almost no notice, the price increased by 40%
mice got into the unit and into my belongings.
they make you pay for a non-refundable lock with low-level security features. (you can't use your own lock)
they make you pay for garbage insurance.
they make you sign away rights to sue them even if they are negligent and at fault for loss or damage to your property.

Stay far away from this place, the employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had the misfortune of visiting Public Storage at 7501 Fordson Rd. Upon entering the office you are intoxicated by a heavy cigarette smell, as is smoking is happening indoors. First employee encountered by the name “Dre” he did not seem welcoming, he made me wait to access my unit and became irate when he will be ready (15 minutes had passed…) he rolls his eyes and says you will have to wait. I as to speak to a manager and a women dressed in sleepwear comes with an attitude claiming to be the manage… Long story short, save yourselves the hassle/ poor treatment from staff at this facility and go elsewhere. I have attached photos of the 2 employees encountered for reference.

She made sure my questions were answered, showed me the unit I was interested in, and took care of the rental agreement quickly and professionally. Went to this location to gather some information and grab some packing supplies. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products and prices. They were friendly and helpful. A young man helped me carry my stuff to my car, and a young woman was very pleasant when she checked me out. Definitely will return to rent a storage unit.

There's usually only one staff member here so the entrance door may be locked if they are helping other customers with the storage units outside or taking a break so you'll need to wait for 5 mins or so for them to let you in.
Great facility. Spacious and clean. Great security systems. Fairly reasonable rates. Our 10x20 foot storage unit has an extremely high roof so there is a lot of storage space.
Went by the office today to get some info on some unit sizes DeAndria was very informative and helpful I’m going to make a reservation to move into the facility within the next week or so
