People in the office are very friendly!!
When I first started renting here the gate was broken for months and got no response from management. ☹️
Had a unit here for a short time. Great prices. I love the unit in a unit, secure. App access is awesome. Great communication from the office.
Staff was excellent, very helpful, and also very kind and nice too.
Caroline was extremely helpful and stayed after hours to help me make a payment. She is beyond kind, calls back when she says she would and is very understanding and helpful. If leadership is seeing this, please give Caroline praise and a raise!

Used this Public Storage location when I had to find a quick place to move my items from my apartment into and was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in same day to move my stuff into a unit right away. The unit itself was spacious, large, and most importantly, it was incredibly clean. The area itself is safe and secure which helped me feel at ease coming and going from the unit by myself. Shout out to Miracle and her team for going above and beyond to make this short term rental experience a good one. Highly recommend!

They tried locking my storage unit because I wasn't going to pay for another month 3 days before the 1st when I was moving everything to my house and it took over an hour to get them to take there lock off so i could finish getting everything out

Just moved to this location. And the person who helped out was Bailey. She was so nice to show my bf and I the storage of what it looks like in person. She was so helpful to us! Was able to fill out and sign the form and paid our move-in fee right then and there. Also before making to our appointment she even called me to make sure if I'm coming or not. I've been a customer here for about 2 months and I could not complain about a thing. The property manager is very professional and does an excellent job running the place and keeping the facilities tidy and organized. I've had units at several other storage facilities over the years and this is by far the most secure, well run, and maintained place I have rented a unit at. Thank you Public storage and a very big thank you to the beautiful blonde manager woman that runs the place. Keep doing what your doing.
Bailey seems nice and knowledgeable. But got frustrated with me after I didn't understand her first month for $1 offer. The letter in the mail clearly stated that 1st month. But she insisted that it would take affect after the first month. She promised the manager would call me to explain it better. But he never did. I ended up going elsewhere where they did want my business.
DONT RENT HERE! Customer service is a joke. Bailey is so condescending and her manager will not call you back. He hides behind his voice-mail.

If based solely on the wonderful young lady in the office in Magna, I would have given her five stars. The way I was NEVER notified of the new owners, no contact information on the new owners and that I was lucky to arrive at the storage center as the gal was leaving is the only reason I got any information. Been there more than three years. Time to change

Bailey who is the property manager this location and location west of this location on 7200 w is a very kind customer service oriented manager, she's hands on, wears a mask in respect to others . She is down to earth and really does a fantastic job in all she does. Within her duties at the two property's she oversees even in spite of the surprises that can come when a property is sold and purchased, I recommend renting a unit from bailey from either location and seeing bailey at Public storage for any and all of your storage needs .
The office worker, the pretty, tall, blond women, i dont recall her name due too her being such a phenomenal employee i was not able to remember her name as she appealed to all the inquires i had and anticipated things i hadnt even broached yet she already was making sure was taken care of so id give her a whopping 10 stars if i could absolutely outstanding oh i think it was bailey if i am remembering correctly
