Caroline is very professional and always keeping the property free of people that aren't suppose to be there. People go through garbage or things they go through in there storage and don't want in there units annd instead of putting it inside the dumpster they leave it outside including big furniture and especially mattresses. Ya'll don't realize they have to find someone to come haul that away. Please keep it clean! Caroline does her best but it sucks that she has to clean up after grown adults! Let's all do our parts! I give Caroline 5 stars!

I moved up to magna last year. I needed a unit nearby. I found this online. It was priced really well. The units are always clean and well kept. Caroline is always nice and very helpful which I very much appreciate. 1

We had our unit broken into and the property manager Caroline Jaramillo was excellent to work with. She was helpful, quick and very friendly. I always appreciate customer service that not only goes above and beyond, but handles their customers in a kind and professional way. I have had my storage unit for a year now and moved to California. I was a little aprehensive about leaving my belongings here since most of my families memories were in there. I recently moved back to Utah came to my storage and had a great experience with Caroline! I definitely give her 5 stars!!! She was super helpful. She made me feel like my unit and our belongings was definitely safe there. She had very great customer service skills was very personable and relatable and very kind! I watched her make rounds several times making sure things were in order! She explained that the cameras are always watching and making sure suspicious people (,who do do not have a rental there) were questioned and removed from the property.. That definitely made me feel better. Also it is very clean and well lit at night! I would definitely recommend renting here!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION FROM STAFF AND ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT! THE FIRST AND ONLY RESPONSIVE MANAGER THAT WAS REALLY ONSITE ALL THE TIME AND ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMER'S NEEDS AND CONCERNS, LEFT SHORTLY AFTER I STARTED RENTING WITH THIS PROPERTY IN AUGUST 2023. EVER SINCE THEN, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT. DON'T COUNT ON HEARING FROM A CURRENT DISTRICT MANAGER EITHER! IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS THAT I'VE BEEN REQUESTING A CALL BACK FROM A DISTRICT MANAGER AND HAVEN'T HEARD NOTHING AND THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS CONTINUE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WHERE I'M TOLD THEY'LL 'ESCALATE THE REQUEST'. Horrible experience. there was a problem at my unit that i was unaware of because they don't care to call the storage unit renter. They threw a lock on my unit and wouldn't allow me to get my property even though I wasn't late on my payment and I was paid until the end of the month. The ladies in the office are not professional at all extremely snotty. Why have a storage unit that's 24 access if you can't access it? This place is garbage not to mention they have cockroaches in their facility gross. Hope you don't have to find out the hard way like I did.

Anthony was beyond amazing loved all his professionalism and it was a joy dealing with him. He was very on point with everything. I would come back just because Anthony made my 1st experience perfect.

After years of using automated payment they decided to randomly turn off my autopay and then proceeded to charge me a late fee. Assuming it was just a mistake I tried calling, like 7 times over three days. They didn't answer so I left multiple voicemails explaining the situation. But they apparently don't care to respond. So now I'm just forced to pay the late fee if I want access to my unit.

Impossible to get ahold of, even if you're trying to pay them! When we came to get our stuff out, the cement was covered in ice. They didn't plow or salt. Then when we opened the unit, our boxes were water damaged on the bottom.

Came to this place after having issues at another storage. It was wonderful, opposite to the previous place. I rented it online the same day, the gate code worked right away, the unit had a lock in case I needed one. I returned the lock because I didn’t need it and they refunded me right away. I had email notifications about statements. And when I moved out was effortlessly. Loved it.

Got an unknowingly permanent rent spike of 20 more dollars one month. Other than this great storage experience. Cheri? Spelling wrong probably. She ended the check out process fast and effectively. Storage unit was clean and nice.

I have called 15+ times with no call back. I also wasted about 3 hours a few months ago when trying to put stuff in the unit because they didn't activate the code when I paid for the service. Also the sassy guy at the front desk was a pain to work with and completely changed his demeanor when I said I wouldn't give him a 5 star review on the spot without actually using the service yet. That was about 5 months ago, and I can say I'm very happy I didn't blindly rate them 5 stars because this company is awful.

My husband and I went into public storage 5 minutes before they closed. The gentleman Mr Bill long was very nice and helped us even though it was closing time. He was very friendly and very helpful and it was a very pleasant experience.

The manager Marcie is very helpful. She was able to help me understand what was going on with my account.

Very helpful, professional, kind, considerate and it's Sherry. Very good person. I'd like to working with her. Looking forward to working with her in the future

Bailey here is absolutely phenomenal and is the main reason I’ve stayed here. Anytime I’ve needed anything, Bailey and her team have been there. I’ve had many storage units throughout the years and have never had a property manager as caring and devoted to the property as her. For anyone who hasn’t had a unit in a while, this one is so cool. You don’t have to even leave your car to open the gate. Just have the Public Storage app installed and go to the box and signed in, make sure Bluetooth is on and tap open. No need to remember long PIN numbers or keys, the gate opens with the app. No other Storage unit in the area has it and is super helpful especially in this cold weather. If I could give a 10 I absolutely would!

The manager of this location is totally worth less lieing B. I payed cash 6 months in advance 2 month before that was up they locked me out cut my locks said I was late on payments and that my unit would be coming up on auction within 2 weeks. Britt or something is her name was zero help in resolving this matter. They kept me out of my unit for a month and a half made me repay them for the months I already payed them for this place truly sucks! It took me over 6 months to get my money back! If you want to loose your belongings to the management this is the place I couldn’t be anymore displeased with public storage and the management this is the worst place to possibly store anything stay away from public storage!!!!

I can’t really say I’m a fan of upper management! But the property manager Bailey is a very hard worker,very helpful, very professional and very good at her job. Public Storage should have some of their other employees take a few lessons from This young lady.

I have been a renter at since the units was built (APEX STORAGE) now Puplic Storage. When Public Storage took over a few tenants had issues with previous owners (Apex) taken payments for the units. Bailey and her boss did everything they could to get Apex to refund the tenants back their money. Which they did in a timely manner. Then the problem arose with units having to be tore down. I am one of the tenants that has to move due to it. I would like to recognize Bailey for all the help she has given me to get me into another unit on the property. Other Storeage should have property managers like Bailey, that know how to interact with the public like her instead of managers that are only there for a paycheck. Thank You , Public Storage for all your help and concerns for your tentants.. I would recommend Public Storage for anyone looking to store things..

Big storage for good price

My experience with this location was horrible, I secured my unit November 2021 under a different owner (Apex Storage) who was bought out by (PUBLIC STORAGE) 2nd month into renting without any notice, my account was locked out & payment wasn't being excepted at due date. I was in a panic cause I couldn't reach anyone, only voice message machine & my calls weren't being returned! After arriving to the location & seeing a notice on the business door of updated contact information & new ownership. I was able to get clarification of the changes. Information & updates were made at a different location, at this time I thought everything was dealt with when we received a letter by mail & email shortly there after stating we were being forced to vacate & had to move out by the end of March 2022 because the unit we were in was scheduled for renovations? This made no sense considering it was a fairly new location established only a couple years ago? We then received a follow-up letter VIA mail & email stating if we chose to move to another local facility (Public Storage Unit) We would be accommodated with the first month's rent for $1 and they would waive the administration fees of $29. So I made a reservation at another location & explained my situation at the location I am currently located at, at this time I'm being told I still have to pay the full amount up front? So here is the "KICKER" I went from a unit being charged at $220 a month for a space 15'x35' being forced out to another location with loss in square footage of rental space at a 10'x30' versus my current space of 15'x35' and now being told my unit will cost me $291 a month for a 10'x30' unit and they weren't going to accommodate the $1 first months rent nor wave the $29 administration fee and my total would be $291. A pretty big jump from $220, not to mention the huge inconvenience in having to move everything again in a 4 month span. The only thing they got right during this process was the apology for the inconvenience letter, I'm a middle aged man with underlined health conditions stage 2 emphysema COPD to be exact my lung collapsed last November and my activities come with heavy restrictions & consequences especially during this pandemic, this being said (PUBLIC STORAGE) has forced me into a corner costing me heavy accrued expenses for a new unit & labor of movers in order to vacate the premises by there date set forth to a new location. To add insult to injury sort a speak receiving relentless frequent emails reminding you to (GET OUT) or forfeit our belongings is an added stress of insults, then you have the letter of apology for the inconvenience as if that isn't appalling to say the least! In closing I would like to say if you don't mind lack of communication, unorganized & unmindful, unprofessional management skills, inconveniences and costly decision making at your expense? PUBLIC STORAGE IS RIGHT FOR YOU! Other wise steer clear of the hassle and pick a more organized professional STORAGE FACILITY to rent from and avoid a MAJOR MIGRAINE. Kind Regards,
