Lovely storage units. Very clean; private; great location; fine selection. I see more and more customers all the time which tells me they are going fast. These are mostly inside and out of the weather and options for climate control. Excellent customer service. Drop in and check it out!

We’d used to come by, Sherri saw me walking up and came to open the door for me and helped me compare units and figure out the best option for me. She listened to what I needed to store, showed me several units, and even helped me even get my military information in.

I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life! We went in to retrieve our belongings the day we were told we could come and get them. We had only been there a couple of minutes explaining our situation. When I tried to add something to the conversation Sherry, the site manager in Midvale, yelled at me for speaking to her when she was addressing my husband. Then within seconds she went absolutely crazy-accusing me of yelling at her when I’d barely said 3 words. She was screaming and cursing at us to get out. As she threw us out she said she was calling the police to have us arrested for trespassing. Which she did. However, since then, Lisa the regional manager, has allowed us to come and get our things without fear of arrest, having Tammy, a manager from the Riverton site, meet us there. Those two have been very helpful and kind to us. Thank you.

I would've liked to leave no stars but... Google won't allow it. This place used to be called Pro Storage. When managed by Pro Storage it was awesome. Helpful and friendly staff, understanding of the fact that sometimes it may take ½ an hour to an hour to get to things in the back of the unit, reorganize, etc. Public storage takes over the facility and not only myself but several of the other individuals I knew from the units, within a week or two, had nothing but bad interactions with the new staff; any question met with hostile "answers" and if you're there longer than a NASCAR pit stop? Better be ready to hear an earful. Just getting them to email corporate to see if the new company will honor the previous contract string first 3 mo. ½ price? Yeah, I was waiting to pay my monthly bill and a gentlemen walked in to do the same. After he asked why it was double the agreed upon about the winner behind the counter immediately started yelling at him. Saying he could no longer pay his bill there and said she was done talking to him, he must leave the property immediately. My jaw was on the floor. This is one instance of the 20 or so other similar freak -outs that Sherry is fond of at the drop off a hat. I could go on and on. Worst storage experience I've ever had. Renter beware, very

These guys get full marks and 5 stars for customer service and management at the facility. They have been great to work with. The only knock is the access hours cutting off at 9 pm, which is a little inconvenient. I'm sure there are some security concerns with having access past 9 pm, however most other storage places provide access either 24/7 or have longer hours for those who might need to access their unit at different times.

Property is clean and miss Sherri is great at what she does. Very helpful , and a very nice lady.

Great experience with Public Storage. The customer service is excellent — Dylan, the employee working there when we arrived, was extremely kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond in showing us around, finding a lock for our unit, and thoroughly answering all our questions. The facilities are clean with carts and an elevator on site to facilitate the move.

So I have been struggling financially as most Americans are these days. I called public storage in midvale Utah and spoke with the property manager Sherri and explained my situation and she was on point with all the info I needed to handle my situation. So after following her careful instructions. The next morning I noticed we had a situation. So i called sherri and left a message. After she opened the store she called me right away. She informed it was a system error and she knew exactly what was happening and assured me it was an easy fix and she would call me back to let me know everything was fixed. Both times I talked to Sherri there was not much wait time at all in fact the first time was within 5 minutes the next as you read was immediately after opening the store. I am very greatful for Sherri. She really cares about her customers and her facility. I recommend that if you need a unit this is the place to go. The experience for me was absolutely amazing. It's the only storage I'll use from here on out.
