This Public Storage is easy to get in and out of. Jenifer is excellent. She is helpful, and has a positive can do attitude. This place is clean and well run. Post script- They also rent to drug users & dealers also prostitutes. Watch out keep your stuff safe. These people are scum.

I love the extra security here at public storage and Haley is super helpful and very kind! She don’t play about keeping this facility secure. She is always hard at work cleaning something and making sure her customers have all their needs met! Keep up the great work Haley

Is someone ever here at the office? I have come by at least 4 times over the past few weeks to change some billing information and the doors are always locked and no one is ever in the office. Now it’s Saturday in the middle of the afternoon and no one is here during business hours. Called public storage and it says to leave a message and will connect on Wednesday. Are you kidding me? great customer service.

The storage facility is clean. However, three years ago I got a 10x10 for 109.00 a month. Today it is 230.00... There are cheaper climate controlled ones very close to this one.

Ms.jenifer has gone above and beyond for more. I told her my problem, and she did everything to help me. I truly appreciate her kind understanding spirit. I really recommend this location

I have rented a 10'x15' unit at the Public Storage in Wylie since June 2022. The facility is well maintained and safe, but Public Storage as a company has no urgency to treat you as anything other than a source of income. You will be lured in by what are reasonable introductory rental rates and told they "may increase slightly over time." Your friendly, local property manager will assure you that those increases are easily appealed with a phone call. In just over 12 months, my rent increased three times, resulting in a 53% rate hike (from $116/mo to $177/mo before insurance). Each attempt to appeal the rate increase was almost immediately denied. A phone call to "corporate" will result in a one-month "refund" of the difference (maybe $20). The reason for the increase is always "market value." Ultimately the only solution that Public Storage suggest is that you should downsize your unit. So ultimately, your stuff will be safe, but your local Public Storage will demolish your budget!

Candi was great! She is very friendly and cares about her customers. She even helped me move my couch! The facility is always clean. Carts are always available and other customers are very nice and quick to help. Love it here!!!!
