Debbie is the best employee! She has made the experience with Public Storage amazing. I would not be giving 5 stars had it not been for her exceptional customer service! As mentioned below the climate control is set to 82 degrees and they increase rent every half a year. Thank you, Debbie!!
Debbie was great
I have had a storage unit at this location for about a year now and my 5 star review is only because of Debbie. She is seriously an above and beyond employee who is so kind, caring, hardworking and just an all around amazing person. I currently have 2 units and they are both “climate controlled” ….. at 82 degrees… that is not climate controlled, seems like the owners just want to save $ but yet always up the rent every 6 months. If I had to just review the location I would give it 2 stars due to the constant rent increase and the warm units are ridiculous. Only pros are 1 story facility and it’s always clean due to Debbie and because Debbie is here lol! I am giving my 5 stars just to Debbie as she is a fantastic woman and I so appreciate her for always being on top of things, willing to help whenever she can, and always having an uplifting aura!

We rented a storage unit for several months. The invoice was paid the first of the month (on the 2nd for the entire month). We moved out of the unit on the 7th. Upon move out, we used the Public Storage app to notify them with a move out date. I received the notification from them acknowledging the move out date as well. The following month I receive a notification of the monthly invoice. It wasn't paid since we moved out the prior month. Later in the month, we receive a call from Debbie regarding the "late" payment. I let her know we moved out in the prior month on the 7th and she said..."Let me check...Oh! You sure did. I will take care of it." I am now receiving calls from a collection company for not paying an invoice that I never should have been charged. I am having to spend my time on the phone with PS corporate offices and a collection company because of their clerical errors. So disappointing!

Michael was great on the phone, he answered all my questions and was able to reserve my space for me until I could get in to see it a few days later. Both Liv & Michael were extremely helpful and offered great pointers (in addition to the candy bag and pen!!). They made it a pleasure to rent at Assured Self Storage. Moving/Storage is never fun, but this started off on a good note!

First of all, Liv and Michael, are so personable and customer service has to be their middle names. I previously reserved a storage unit for 2/12 but decided I needed the storage a week earlier. I dropped in with no appointment and they took good care of me. Liv and Michael explained every detail of my rental/contract, Mike took me on a tour of the unit, and even helped me put boxes in my car. Ya'll are simply the best; thank you!
