Stravos is extremely helpful, he made sure he address all my concerns regarding the size and accessibility for my particular needs. The facility looks small from the street, but is actually quite big. Great location for outdoor storage as it cannot be seen from the street.

The facility is nice, but every time I come up
here needing assistance, the office doors are always locked with no one inside and I can NEVER find any of the employees. It’s honestly mind numbing. So then I call the number for the property to speak with the property manager and can’t ever get a hold of her either. She states on the voicemail that my calls matter and that she’ll get back to me, but it never happens.

I knew I had made a good choice before I even went to see the unit. I believe you can tell a lot about a business just by talking to the people who work there. From the very first time I talked to Wilma (Assistant Manger) I could tell she was a genuinely caring person. When I got there the buildings were neat and clean, it felt very secure, and the entire process was easy. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends looking for storage.

Happy that the excellent quality of service hasn’t changed with the new owners. Stavros was extremely friendly and helpful with switching over, going out of his way to make everything as seamless as possible Still recommending this place for anyone who needs a storage space.

After looking at 4 public storage units this was the only storage unit that was open after the bad storm DFW just had and all the power was out. Rina was the best to find us the best location and space. Stravos is funny and very sweet guy. It was real dealing with them. Great service and great people.
Downhill since it was bought by Public Storage.
They did not honor (even when asked multiple times and we received multiple agreements for them to honor) financial agreements made with the prior company.
There is a single cart at the moment for the entire storage building. Bring your own or go elsewhere with your business.

Staff is wonderful, but unfortunately rodents got into our 15x20 unit on the 2nd floor and chewed up and soiled two of our upholstered items. I do believe the management tried to control the rodent population, because there was evidence that some critters had been poisoned. Lesson to be learned is to take out insurance when storing upholstered furniture or mattresses, etc.
I was told by management that no other customers had found evidence of rodents in their units, but we also found a lot of rodent droppings on our totes and furniture, in the second unit we rented, on the other side of the building. We had no food in either of our units that would attract rodents, so it is hard to believe no one else had this issue.

Rina, in the office, was awesome. Place is clean. Lighting inside is great; it stays on while you are in there. Pricing is great. Only one complaint is the threshold as you enter the inside storage area. It’s too high and not smooth for a cart full of items that you are moving. It works, just not the easiest. After you’re in, the choppy threshold doesn’t bother you anymore so it’s just fine.

This facility is very clean and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, my unit was spotless and the grounds are kept clean. 24 hour on-site manager is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I love this place I was able to place all my things in here, they have some online discount which made my storage experience affordable for me with limited income best of all it's only a couple of minutes from where I moved the staff is very helpful it is clean there's a dolly there for you to transport it from the elevator to your car For me everything is just wonderful 😊 hope this is helpful by

The management and location of this US are AMAZING!! There was some missed info on my part and Rona and Clarissa started by just asking how to help. Clarissa was all ears, she was listening to understand and improve not to just avoid fixing an issue. The facility is clean and secure even with management on site! The answering service that helps after hours is even great!! The reviews are justified and proven!!
Great people at front counter the lady that took care of that day was very nice and professional and told everything that was need to know about the unit and how everything work there about hours and thing like that best experience ever. Highly recommend this storage place to everyone.
Everything was just so easy, especially navigating the website. I was able to go ahead and rent a unit right then and there and just drop by to quickly finalize and pickup the lock and keys I purchased. Rina was super friendly and answered all of my questions. The way to access and leave the property was very simple, yet secured. I feel extremely safe with myself coming and going as well as for my property being kept safe. Highly recommend!!!

They took the time to answer every single question that I had and work together to give my husband and I the best possible storage unit plan for everything we needed to store. US Storage Centers of Sachse has been the most top notch provider for all of our storage needs. Rina & Clarissa are perhaps the nicest and most accommodating service providers we've met (and we've definitely tried our fair share of other storage facilities around DFW.) Signing up online/reservations through phone are a cinch and any remaining paperwork in person are a quick and painless process. Afterwards, upon moving in, we are greeted by a clean and well kept storage building and unit with climate control that is actually working nice and cool! I believe we'll be happy customers for a long time coming! :)
Staff is very helpful explain your lease, also very friendly. They make you feel very comfortable storing your personal items on site at the facility. I really look forward to my stay with them.

Rina the manager was very thorough with her explanations on the ins and outs of the storage use. She gave us a detailed explanation of the differences of the storage areas and types. She was so approachable that I felt I can ask her any questions. She gave us the detailed fees and assured of us that there are no hidden fees. She made sure that we have the smoothest start in our storage experience. I highly recommend this storage place, one because of the efficient, kind and accommodating personnel and two because of well maintained place.
