I wouldn’t recommend this place. The codes don’t work half of the time and I have an issue with my door not being able to lock properly. When you call the office no one answers and when you leave messages, no one returns your calls.

Everything was great until basic decency came into play (corporate, didn't have the pleasure of meeting the manager, but they seem like a lovely person from the reviews). The facility is clean and organized. The systems work great without hickups. I rented a unit here two months ago as a temporary storage area I would use for two months while moving and move out right before September (08/29). Some things got into play and I wasn't able to move out before September (09/04) and was charged on the 2nd. I tried asking for a refund and was denied as the policy didn't allow it. I do understand it's technically my fault for moving out late, but I can't say I am happy after paying for an entire month for a storage unit I have no access to. Just because it's policy doesn't mean it's a good policy.

Rina is awesome and easy to cooperate with customers and make sure everything was a comfortable transaction. There was an issue of change of unit number to a different one. It also wanted to charge us more even though we reserved online (with Rina walking us through the process). It still wouldn't change. So she said it was now past 6pm and the district manger was now not available. She will take care of it in the morning. It took a bit of time to complete. She was soo bubbly and friendly. Highly recommend this location!

I rented a storage unit from Public Storage to store my belongings between moves. I rented in November and moved out Feb 1st. A manager called about 15 days earlier because removed my credit card from auto draft. He asked if I was moving out. I informed him that I was planning to by the end of the month, but I would let him know if I was going to stay. He stated that if I was moved out on or before the 1st of the month I would be not charged for the upcoming month. I moved everything out the night before the 1st but show up to clean the unit and check out first thing in the morning of the 1st. I showed up before they opened and finished up. I could not find the manager when the store opened so I went on the app to confirm I was moving out. Nevertheless, I was charged $70 for the upcoming month. I called twice and requested the charge to be removed. I was declined twice. In the past I have never had a problem with them and have used them many times. But going forward I am going to use another company. It was unfair to inform me that I would not be charged if I was out on the 1st. I got charged $70 dollars for nothing. Very unprofessional and poor service and decision making. I won't be back.

I highly recommend renting at the Sachse location on Miles Rd - great price, climate controlled and clean. Stavros the manager provided excellent customer service; very knowledgeable. He showed me the location and inside of the space I rented and the really nice covered unloading area and flat carts I could borrow to move my items. He mentioned he would have my space cleaned, even though it already looked great - and the whole facility is very new and clean. Since my unit was located way in the back of the building he even went through the extra trouble of trying to find the same size unit closer to the dock area. I’m very impressed with my experience at this facility and highly recommend it for your storage needs. Ask for Stavros!

Stavros is a winner. Very nice, informative, and honest. The Public Storage at this location is clean, safe, and for the price I paid for my unit - affordable. Stavros took his time to explain and inform me about the storage space and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. BEST CHOICE EVER and Stavros and Teresa saved the day on my move in day! Due to a fire, my contents of my apartment were packed up by a company chosen by owners of the complex and they never sent me pictures nor told me the number of boxes packed, along with my furniture. My movers alerted me that we would need a second unit, so Stavros & Teresa got me a second unit, 2 down from my original unit, and my movers never had to stop and wait for paper work. Great service by this team!

Great location. I set up a space online not realizing my location was not climate controlled, so they found me this place. It's new to Public Storage, so got a great rate and first floor unit. Upon arrival, even though it was first floor, my unit was in the back past plenty of vacant spaces. So I found the manager on duty, Judy, who helped me find one just inside the door! Great customer service, clean unit and other then the garage entrance out back, really convenient and reasonably priced. Right off George Bush so easy to get to too.
