Storage unit got broken into twice. Hardly ever see an actual attendant there, come to find out shifts are usually 4-6 hrs only meaning majority of the day unsupervised. Door to the climate controlled units upstairs doesn’t shut all the way meaning someone can just try the door and get in. Cameras are in that area but multiple blind spots plus second door to area on opposite side has no handle on outside but can still be opened internally. The second time unit was broken into they stole about 4K-5K in jewelry, thought it’d be okay since I had insurance; however what they say when offering said insurance is that it covers anything stolen that was in unit though fine print says jewelry, watches and things of that nature aren’t included only house wares. So now I’m screwed and can’t get back family heirlooms plus still have to pay for unit that anyone can get into apparently. Save your time, money and heartache and go somewhere with better security and personnel present at all times

The property manager at the nearby location (Kimberly) was very helpful getting us all moved in. The location was convenient and we got everything moved in quickly and with no issues.

I would like to express my gratefulness to Trish that works at 2200 Avenue k location and Kim at 8201 Avenue k for going above and beyond to help fix a dilemma regarding a rental space. Both ladies were very polite and knowledgeable. I haven't had that good of customer service in long time. It's nice to know that there are still some exceptional customer service representatives out there. Again, can't express my thankfulness to them!! Hopefully they move up in your company because they know how to get the job done!!!

There are no people at this location. Only a computer to process your payments you have to drive to other locations to complete payments or to get access to the building. Plus, they never pick up the phone if you call. Worse place ever. Definitely not recommend

Nothing better to talk to someone and more important jet than somebody really care about your needs; being polite attentive and truly worry about your necessities.
Kim give us the expectations and beyond about the 'rent an space' so seriously way to go Mrs . Kim your attention went beyond our expectations.

Unable to get all my units under one acct number so I can manage my acct info. As a result no one is able to change my address on one unit. Was given a $25 credit, but no assistance with problem. Regretting my choice in Public Storage.

A mixed bag: the staff is helpful and the grounds are clean. But within six months of rental, OUR RENT WAS INCREASED BY ALMOST 30%, without even a notice. We moved out!
IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO stars I would- What is point of paying for a parking spot to keep a trailer at just to have it stolen? Not a single person works at this location now just a computer stand, if you leave a VM and MIGHT get a return call and to be on hold over 45min with the line provided, with zero resolution. Only informed that our trailer was stolen from the tow company billing us daily to keep it there on top of the public storage fee paid- I NEED SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY before we send this to legal.
I am so frustrated with this place. I purchased a storage unit last week and could not get into it because the latch does not open. I called the property management immediately afterward and left a message. Its a week later and I still cannot access my storage unit and have heard nothing back. So I figured I would go on line and see if i could get some help. The chat folks gave me a number to a different property manager who didn't answer. Then I tried to cancel and just get my money back and the Chat people told me I needed to talk to the property manager about this and they could not do anything. But they did manage to give me another phone number to an answering machine. I feel trapped and this company is doing nothing to help me in any way shape or form. if I don't get a phone call back I guess I am just out of luck until someone calls.
I will never use this place again.
