Awesome took care of me!!!!
Property is in excellent condition, easy to get in and out of the unit, always plenty of dollies available, move in and move out process was super easy! Would definitely recommend for short or long term storage!

Easy, affordable
Rented a unit here this morning, and Bryan was working at the front desk. This is my 2nd time renting here, and Bryan was very helpful. In fact everyone that has helped me when I’ve needed anything or called with any questions has always been very nice and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this location if you need storage.

Bryan was super friendly and helpful when I moved into my unit. I was initially unable to get through the gates due to an app issue but he was able to help me get that sorted. The trick on how best to access the elevators was incredibly helpful as well! The facility itself is very clean and well maintained.
Really impressed with this storage facility…from the app that can be used to unlock access gates/doors/elevators, to the motion sensing lights in the storage unit areas, to the carts provided for moving your items, to the pricing. Well thought out and designed. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

The cubes are clean, secure, and climate controlled. The office staff is VERY helpful.
BUT they have to be helpful. I have to delete/reload the App about every week or so to get it to function.
If I rent another cube, NONE of my codes will work until the onsite staff turns them “off and back on”. Sometimes twice.
Getting ahold of the office staff is quick and helpful. Getting ahold of Public Storage corporate is difficult, frustrating, and rarely results in a resolution.

My wife and I just finished moving in our things into our unit. We got a 10x5. The unit was clean and nice. We peeked into the bathrooms on the first floor and they looked clean. The gate and entrances work well with the app. The facility is a good temperature. However it was Autumn that sold us on this facility. As soon as we walked in and said we were looking for a unit she wasted no time. She showed us what our unit would look like and was transparent about all the pricing and terms and conditions. As someone who once worked in sales and hated talking about terms and conditions, it shows how good a company is when the employees are eager to do so. She helped with the layout of the facility and property.
Bryan was amazing to work with! He set me up in two units with speed and accuracy and I was immediately able to start moving things into the units. The facility is new and the units are clean!

Great location here in town staff was very helpful and showed me around and where my unit was. Also helped with my return of the provided lock since I already had one. Great system with the access codes for use to the building, elevators, and the gate.

I highly recommend Public Storage of Melissa. I’ve been looking for a good storage unit in Melissa for 2 years now. I’ve tried Life Storage and Blue Sky Self Storage and both pale in comparison. The units have sensor lights in them that turn on when you enter your unit. Extremely convenient and just one example of how they put the customer first. The affordable price, ease of access, security and cleanliness are top of the line, but the real game changer is the customer service. Bryan went above and beyond to help me decide on the right size unit for my needs. He was personable yet professional. I didn’t realize the office closed at 6p and showed up at 5:50p on a Saturday. I almost didn’t go inside, because I didn’t want to be “that person”, but I’m so glad I did. Bryan never even mentioned the time. He even stayed 15m after close to help me lock in the unit I wanted.
The facility is super clean and easy to navigate! I rented a unit online at 4:45 before realizing the office closed at 5pm. Turns out I didn’t need anyone here to access the unit but Bryan stayed to make sure we knew exactly where our unit was and that we left with all questions answered. We chose this location because we needed more space due to our current unit at another facility being completely full. We had every intention of keeping our other small unit to save us the hassle of moving out but because of Bryan’s amazing customer service we decided to rent an additional unit here with him. I appreciate a business that has employees willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of! Thanks Bryan!
My husband and I feel great about renting a storage unit at Public Storage in Melissa. The facility is spotless and security is apparent throughout the building. All units are indoor/temperature controlled. Prices are reasonable.
A true standout in customer service was Bryan. He helped us find the best unit for our needs, answered all of our questions, and was polite and courteous. I discussed that safety was a primary concern for me, as a petite woman, so he pointed out the many safety features: cameras everywhere, good lighting, and easy Bluetooth access.

We tried to reserve a unit online and did one under my husband's name and one under mine incase one of us couldn't be there when we moved in. Both had my phone number. Brian called to confirm and mentioned that there were two reservations and told me that he friend to call my husband first "because, you know, he's the man". We are now renting a unit elsewhere because I don't appreciate that misogynistic comment. When I told him we would be going to a different storage place he said "why, because they are cheaper"... no! Because we are in 2023 and just because I am female doesn't mean I can't make a storage unit reservation without my husband.... do better and keep your backwards comments to yourself.
I recently used this public storage to store my additional stuff. This is a brand new well equipped storage space. Brandie, manager at this facility is really helpful. Really appreciate her patience to answer all my questions.
