I signed up as it was newly opening. Paid movers to get my belongings into the unit. Signed up mid April 2023 and they raised the unit rent by 39% starting October 2023.
Their rental agreement has no rent caps and they can continue to raise rates as long as they provide a 30 day notice.
Don't use this company for long term storage. Find an alternative.
Personally Professional Customer service...Storage area inside of building CLEAN...Well lit...outside area is well maintained...Surveillance of property inside and out is well managed.

Elizabeth is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, patient and gracious! She had a steady flow of current customers, prospective customers and folks calling on the phone, she did a masterful job of multitasking all while tayloring each interaction to show she valued each person and answered all questions to the best of her ability. If she did not have the answer, she directed to someone who could or told them she would have a more senior person contact them.
