If I can leave with zero I would they are very prejudiced at this location so make sure you are of the lighter skin to be serviced properly before you decide to work with this public storage. I recommend any other location and they do not do anything towards employees with this behavior so I recommend to just stay away put your money elsewhere. Managers are the main ones who represent misbehavior . Quite sad and it’s 2024.
Oh, and sometimes they lock the door all although they are open just a heads up to anyone who decides to continue against this advice. I had to call customer service to get assistance. Smh somehow they are still in business.stay away from manager ROXIE .

The facilities are very well maintained and the onsite staff are the greatest ive ever worked with. But, The company itself is a bit to be desired. I moved in almost a year ago on a promotion which i was able to enjoy that rate for 2 months before they hiked it and now they are increasing my rates significantly again. I am now at double what i signed up for and im only 11 months into a lease. If your going to offer a promotion on the rent, then give your tenant some time at the rate you used to entice them into your facility with. Absolutely disgusted that I now have to look for yet another facility and move again. The last facility i was at for 3 years, they had a good deal on a larger unit which is why i moved.

Clean and quiet. Amelia helped me with my reservation and was so friendly and awesome. Everything but my door lock was easy lol. This site has a special lock for their doors so buying one from the store is pointless.

I want to personally thank Samantha for making my experience a memorable experience. Her customer service is second to none. She is always available to help answer questions, take care of my needs and always has a smile on a hot day which is rare to find in this Texas heat. I had fraud on my checking account and my autopay could not draw out of my account. I tried to avoid making a trip to the storage facility and the public storage customer was absolutely no help at all and were no sympathetic to my situation. I went to see Sam and she took care of it right away. She understood my situation and empathized with me. She assured me she would help in any way she could with future storage needs. To her, customer service is everything. I appreciate her customer service and the dedication she gives her clients. Thank you Sam.

***UPDATE*** This storage place has changed twice since I moved in... I have moved out... Since changing to Public Storage the price went from $70 to $140 within 8 months... so I left... I was there for 4 years... and found a storage for $48 a month!!! ----- Great pricing and great people! And they have a free moving truck to use, only for move-ins though, for up to 25 miles. 😊
This is the WORSE storage facility I have ever dealt with. They inrease my rent twice only after a couple monts and again after a few months later, by $100! WITH NO NOTICE of an increase. Then they charged me an $80 late fee after a couple days, when I was trying to get someone to call me back to see why my rent went up by $100! Do not do business with this facilty. They are awful, overpriced, unethical, deceitful and no-one ever returns your calls. They just increase rent with no notice and charge $80 late fees. I use storage units for my business and I have other storage units at Coastal Boat & RV, just a couple miles away and those units are twice the size for the same price and they have NEVER increased my rent in the past 3 years that I have been there.
Go Somewhere else because this location has no clue how to run a business ethicly. I am moving out of this place and renting another unit at Coastal Boat & RV, where they are professional, they return calls, they don't increase your rent and they actually run their business properly unlike this public storage facilty.

I want to let Public storage know that the property manger at this location is one of the best customer service oriented person I have ever come in contact with!!!….her name is Samantha!!!!….she goes over and beyond with her customers…..I want to personally THANK HER for being so polite and very nice to everyone that comes in that building…I have witnessed her interacting with a customer that was standing in line in front of me and she treated that customer with such professionalism that I can’t let it go unnoticed!….Public storage should give Bonuses just on customer service alone!…..and if they did she would win first place every time!!!!!
We’ve had storage for about 9 months and nobody has been more wonderful than Ms Amelia! Communication and customer service are the most important things in any business. The property manager Samantha and her team are great in both areas. We never have to worry about returning calls or being talked down to. Samantha’s “you’re welcome darling” or “my pleasure darling” ends every call and the property is always clean.
I recently was having a terrible time with my rent going up without notice at my property. I had asked several workers what could be done and I kept getting the same answer “not eligible for rent decrease” however I was paying way over market value. I contacted Amelia, the property manager, and she worked her behind off to get my rent lowered. It is now a manageable payment and I’m not having to sweat it like I was! Amelia is an amazing person through and through and she goes above and beyond for her customers! I could have moved to another property but I stayed because of how well Amelia treats me and all of the effort she puts forth!
