The price is a little high for a facility that does not even have a dumpster when I go to clean up my storage

I have rented a space at this location since April 2019. Rent was $79 for a year. The rate increased four months ago to $230. Next month rent will increased for the third time in a year to $320. I tried contacting customer service via chat to negotiate the price. Ed, the online chat rep was condescending and dismissive of my concerns. I requested a manager's help. Ed stonewalled to no end then ended the chat abruptly. I notified a district manager via email. Moments Iater I received ramdom notice that my rate review was denied. I plan to seek recourse and to take my business elsewhere.

The manager here Roxy is always amazing no matter the situation she always has a calming demeanor and a smile, she has helped me out so much with my account.i broke glass at my unit and asked for a broom when i saw her walking around cleaning and instead of letting me do it she insisted herself and cleaned up all the glass.

My experience here has been wonderful. I feel that my belongings are safely secured. Caring staff such as my girl Roxxy ensure everything is handled on-site when she's present. Wonderful spirit , ask her for anything and she will make it happen.

Love this location. I have had my storage unit for three years now the price was ridiculous I had to get rid of some items and downsize. But I really hate the fact that it is a kiosk and not an actual storefront! I was shocked to try and obtain some boxes & tape but the entire scenery changed

Before I came to Public Storeage I went physically to 3 different places. I wanted to see the spaces in person and Amelia the site manager went above and beyond and showed me 3 different size Storeages. They were all very clean and well climatized. The property is very well kept, super secure with cameras. Love that kind of convenience and hospitality from a facility and more than helpful person.

Public Storage is pretty well known in the Houston area, but this location gets the little things right. Automated gates that open from an app, a covered area to load/unload when the weather is not cooperating, and a friendly staff that will answer all your questions. Amelia was very helpful in getting me into my unit and telling me what I could expect. Move-in was less than 10 minutes. This facility has a combination of a/c and non a/c spaces. Access is easy on/off Magnolia. Thanks!

Wow I cannot say enough of the customer service at this location. I had trouble online with setting up an account and renting a unit so I called and spoke to Amelia and she was so patient and kind. She was able to help me with everything I needed. It took a while to get everything sorted out but she never gave me the impression that I was taking up too much of her time. I was able to get the unit at a great monthly rate and she told me that if I needed anything to just reach out to her and she’d be happy to help. You can tell that she really enjoys her job! Amelia, the manager for this facility, was not only professional but truly treated me like family. While I was visiting my storage unit I observed her go above and beyond to help clients. You can tell that this is not just a job for her, but she has a passion for her customers. I will across the country and I have no doubts that if any concerns or issues come up I trust Amelia one hundred percent to either take care of it herself or do anything she can work with me to take care of it. I don't feel like a customer, I feel like a friend. It is a great peace of mind knowing I have left my possessions in the care of personnel like the ones that work at this Public Storage.

This review is replacing a 1-start review that I posted yesterday. My issue was legitimate but it turns out that the problem was with Public Storage corporate customer service and not the Magnolia Pkwy location specifically. This was demonstrated when Amelia, the local facility manager, called me regarding my review and was already working on solutions to the issue. While the the indifference shown by Public Storage’s so-called customer service prevents this being a 5-star review by association, I was very pleased to find that Ms. Amelia runs her facility very hands on and with concern for her customers. I would definitely consider using this location for storage in the future.
