Hi where do I start? I have been renting from this location for the past maybe 5 years. I have went through so many managers but it was one that did and still doing an outstanding job for her renters at the storage, her name is Brandi, she assist her clients with the upmost magnitude of respect. She is very calm and never gave her clients a bad vibe. Brandi has great intentions with assisting her clients and willing to go the extra mile. I had a bad experience with PS, Fresno. I decided to move my items to PS, Sienna, Missouri City. Both managers gave me the run around. Was not completely truthful. Brandon, the Assistant Manager was open and open and honest concerning my transfer and my refund I should receive. I spoke with the District Manager, Michael who contacted me AND resolved my problem. It's all about customer service.
I have been having unanswered concerns since I’ve rented and today Danielle and Angel were visiting and both of them not only were helpful in listening to my concerns but resolved each of them within a 45 minute window 👏🏽 This is OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you!
DO NOT RENT HERE.
Within one year, the company switched names about three times, and there were continuous break-ins and no help from them for my expensive equipment. On top of that, my lock was broken into, and I was charged for a lock to be placed in the unit. Prices only rise once it is time to renew.
My company would never trust another Public Storage AGAIN.

I own a small business here in Houston, my equipment is stored at this location. I access my unit quite frequently to service my business. Today September 21 2023 at about 08:15PM I attempted to retrieve equipment needed for an event. The main gate was chained and locked, attempts to contact the property manager were futile. I received no notice via calls, text or email as to what is happening. Now my business will take a hit because I cannot fulfil my duties to my client by providing the service they paid for.
I pay monthly for a storage service, I am now unable to access my property and there is no one to explain to me why this is so.
This Location was previously "Simply Storage" and i had no issues whatsoever. Now that it has been acquired by "Public Storage" This is the kind of service rendered.
I advise you take your business elsewhere if you require reliable storage and customer service.

What a headache this place has been!
Last week I called to verify we could Drive -up with an 18-wheeler. Although this location was not what I was looking for. I wanted closer to 288. I talked to the mover. He said that's okay.
Along as it is, “ Drive up for an 18WHEELER.”
I called back, and they reconfirmed yes it fit driving access to it. ( confirmed total three times)
I confirmed “ not a tight fit or walk up to the unit, “ words that the moving company said to mention exactly and verify for 18 wheeler, not a box truck or uhual size trucks, and confirmed full size 18 wheeler.
They did confirm great! We book and pay!!
When we moved, they confirmed with my husband it would not be 1 unit (10x20) but two units (10x10)s close together 🤨 Ok, it still works! He agrees and tells me
When we arrive, THEY ARE NOT DRIVE UP AN 18 WHEELER DOES NOT FIT!!!!!🤬🤯😤😠
I have to pay the moving helpers and let them go while I look for a place.
Find. The new place pays another set of workers and new storage fees
And to top it off, they are dodging my calls. For my refund

I was greeted me with a smile when I initially began renting a storage. The staff were helpful later when I needed to move to a larger space and were pleasant when I had to update my credit card information on my account. Everything has been straightforward and I like the rates. I have not had any problems.
This self storage is rat infested. It's disgusting.I'm really uncertain as to how they received 5 stars.
