Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 7210 Highway 6, Missouri City, TX

Great customer service and clean location

I have a storage unit at the Lake Olympia Public Storage location, and Kemosi, the property manager, has been exceptional. He’s incredibly nice, attentive, and always helpful. Despite past issues with upper management, his excellent customer service has convinced me to keep my storage at this location. His professionalism makes all the difference!

Elevator seems to be routinely out-of-order at this location. I came by this past weekend and the only elevator in the entire facility is down. I came by again today (Wednesday) to find that the elevator is still down with no estimated time it will be working. This is a multi-level storage facility with only ONE elevator and it’s the end of the month, so many people are trying to move in & out. Imagine moving refrigerators (which I’m attempting to do). Can anyone help?

I happened to stop by the Public Storage on 7210 Highway 6 I saw one of the Public Storage employees working hard taking care of the facility it was clean. The managers name is Kemosi very courteous. Very hard worker takes care of his customers to the best of his abilities.

I came into Eric store the other day and Danyelle was there and helped me out so much before surgery shout out to her she has good customer service, was very patient and helpful.

Eric was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped make my move in really easy.

Do NOT get a storage here if you need assistance for any reason. I have called and emailed for over a week now. I am teacher and need my things for my classroom and still cannot get into my storage. I lost the original lock and they placed one of their own on the storage (even though they said they can't do that). My storage is not behind I have only had it a couple of weeks.The number for contacting a property manager goes to voicemail and they have not responded. I had to talk to someone on a computer screen the other day and even she could not get ahold of anyone. This is ridiculous. I will be moving my stuff as soon as I can access my property. Upon leaving without my items that I needed tried the virtual live help, no one answered. Also clean that office because it smells like piss.Gas is HIGH to make blank trips because they cannot handle a simple task. I need to be compensated for my gas, time and my classroom being empty because a property manager fails to do their job.

The worst experience no one is able to help get access to unit yet they have zero problems with collecting payments.

Today is 2/15/2023, I never write reviews but I want to warn anybody who is thinking about selecting this location. The elevator has been broken for 4 consecutive days…If you are on the 2nd floor your items will NOT be Accessible at your convenience.. the office staff has been fazed out.. you can no longer speak to anyone associated with public storage..this is unacceptable 🤬

To update my experience - local management (Eric) was very helpful and addressed my concerns. The update from 2 stars to 5 stars is soley due to Eric at this location. Hopefully a 35% increase is not a typical practice at Public Storage. Expect your rates to increase often. 1st increase was 4 months after start of contract. This last one was 35% increase. Storage facility is clean. this last visit to unit was the 1st time AC seemed to be doing anything.

Had a very warm and welcoming to the store. Manager was amazing and very knowledgeable.

Great location off hwy 6, tucked behind several businesses. Climate controlled with code needed to get inside the gate and then again to enter the building. Once inside individual locks for each bay. 2 flatbed trolleys available at entrance for use to move to/from storage bay/vehicle. Very clean facility.

The manager, Charnail was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The latter two go a long way with me because lately folks in the customer service industry are so rude. Charnail was able to get us set up with the perfect sized storage we needed very quickly. Awesome job, Charnail.
