The facility is pretty great for the most part. The doors mess up from time to time but that's because people don't know how to use them it's not the staffs fault. The bathrooms at the rear of the first floor only have one available. There should be trash cans or a dumpster available to the tenants considering the prices that are charged and that continue to go up. It's almost like that want their long term renters to leave for new ones.

This facility has nearly doubled my storage fees within just one year, which I find completely unacceptable and unethical. Such a drastic increase is unexpected and feels like an unfair practice, especially given the lack of transparency or clear justification for the change.

The employees do not know the policies of their business. They make everything sound great. They fail to inform you that you have to get notice to move out even thought the app lets you schedule same day. They do not prorate you for a partial month even when you are told they allow it at move in. When you do business with someone for years, you expect better. Every time I have encountered an issue during my time here the staff have been unable to help resolve. DO NOT RENT HERE! There is better service at lower prices right now the street.

We had to sell our house and move into an apartment due to my husbands health. Obviously with the struggles we are on a tight budget while he gets back on his feet. We put most of our furniture in the Public Storage. I shopped pricing and picked a unit on the 3rd floor way in the back to keep it affordable. We had movers get it all in there as we can’t lift that kind of stuff. 4 months into it PS informs us they are increasing our rent by 30%!!! That is a lot to us. I could understand 5 or 10, but 30 after the fact. I offered to sign a 12 month contract to keep it at the amount we signed up for but they said no. We will pay them $700 more over the next 12 months than what we budgeted. It would cost a lot to rent a truck and hire movers to move it again so we are stuck. Do not rent from this greedy corporation. Pick a mom and pop storage facility or anyone else. Public Hostage really knows how to screw the community.

They were super helpful
Your introductory price will only be valid for a month. They will then raise it exponentially especially if you’ve been in the facility for over a year. They are greedy as can be. Use Public Storage at your own risk but I’d recommend using a different facility. My introductory price was $69.00 which was a good deal at the time but they’ve “bait & switched” by doubling it since. Now they’ve sent me a notice to raise it again to $168.00!!
Exorbitant price increases and no services. In just over one year our rate has more then doubled to $500/mo. Moving to extra storage for only $115/month. On top of that we have trash and such to dispose of. Their trash is locked up with the threat of $10,000 fine OR a $200 to $300 cleaning fee. Store else where at a fraction on the cost.

I stopped in to look at a renting large space. The facility was nice and clean. But the real shining gem here is Jasmine! She is amazingly friendly and very professional. Jasmine is the reason I will be renting space here!

I went to help my son-in-law move out of his unit. The manager was off, and the office was closed, but it did not stop the manager from coming out to harass an African American man and his family. My daughter and I both recorded the transaction. I contacted their corporate offices more than once, but they did not care and refused my offer to send them the videos from my iPhone and my daughter’s iPhone.
Local Management is hostile and unprofessional. Iness than a month there were gate issues at least on 3 separate occasions resulting in the gate being left open and anyone being able to come in and out for days at a time. One such incident where I was locked inside with my son along with several other clients. One of those clients knocked on the building until someone came and seeing as how we were trapped until after hours on a school night with children. The door to the kiosk was locked from the inside the gate access and the number on the gate and in the app did not have anyone working during those hours. Someone came out and open the gate while screaming at all of us. Left a voicemail on customer service that night and got a call back the next day by somebody who rather than apologize immediately became defensive and hostile. I asked to speak someone else she said I'd have to call back I did and apparently she was the one who answered because I was immediately hung up on. I called back again someone else answered and said the person I was talking to at just left and there was nobody else to talk to

Choosing this location was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The manager is welcoming and truly cares about her job. I opened my first unit here over 3 years ago. I have since closed that one and opened a smaller unit. The manager went above and beyond to help me keep the units as close to each other as possible while I prepped the larger one to be closed. My son and I have been through some rough times, but the staff here has been helpful and supportive through it all. <3
