Very good staff. Maxine & Courtney were very attentive, and helpful althroughout the time that we were bringing in our belongings, and providing us with carts when we were moving things around. Previously no issues. However recently due to unforeseen circumstances I fell behind on rent and just barely was able to pay to keep from auction. I was told I needed to replace the lock. I came today and was told they would not remove their lock because it’s the 1st and a new month as of today, not not past due, I still cannot get access to my unit.
Not the best place to store anything there's a possibility you can have your storage broken into and they won't do anything about it with or without insurance on the storage they will cut the lock and lie about it and hide the lock to later be found inside said storage unit . Had multiple things stolen while renting thinking my things would be safe apparently not 🚫

I should have done this review almost a month ago, but I had a wonderful experience with Maurice. He was very polite, helpful, and informative the whole time. Although the prices were a little different than what I expected, he was willing to meet all my needs to make sure I had a smooth transition in moving my things here. I would recommend people here just because of his customer service.
Kamira was great with helping me get a space to store my extra vehicle. She keeps a very clean property and she’s super knowledgeable. If I need some more storage, I’m coming back here without a doubt.

I was paying it seems too much for a 5x10 unit and had very poor customer service. Public Storage has excellent customer service and they alert me when my bill is due. The last time I paid the service attendant set my account up using their app. Now I can pay on-line.

I would like to share my experience with Public Storage located at 15340 Kuykendal Rd.
I'd like to commend Kimara, the location manager, on her professionalism and superior customer service. I've spoken with her several times over the last few days and each time she provided helpful information & assisted me in better understanding public storage policies. While I don't entirely agree with all the policies nor do I feel public storage as a whole has the best interest of their customers in mind, this is no reflection of Kimara's ability to do her job and do it well.
Although I will be vacating my storage unit, it is because of Kimara's consistency and kindness that helped make this process go much smoother.

I have been a customer for over a year I had concerns with the rate increase from $100.00 a month to $140.00 a month to $188.00 a month for my boat storage outside. I was a little frustrated at first. I spoke with Ms. Camera and she was extremely professional and courtesy. Ms. Camera is the reason I am still a customer. I would want her as an employee if I owned a business.
The young lady I forgot her name was such a big help had to get a storage due to pipe bursting and flooding out my house she was very informative and even called to remind me that payment was due with all that was going on she has been so great.

Went to check on our Christmas lights to find the entire container FULL OF WATER AND DAMAGED. Attempted to speak to someone at the front office and NO ONE was to be found as it had been closed earlier then the advertised time. When we escalated the issue with Cynthia the manager we were told that nothing could be done and that renters insurance was recommended. The ENTIRE POINT of storing our belongs was to keep them safe from the elements and this storage unit FAILED. I would look else where, to store you’re belongings especially if they are expensive or of sentimental worth. If I could give a negative review I would honestly. 10/10 would NOT recommend
