I had my storage unit broken into through another unit. And all my clothes and shoes were stolen. I had a collection. I feel in my opinion someone from the staff was responsible. The lady who rented me the unit. Older caucasian lady drove a maroon Cadillac. Told me always keep insurance on the unit. And told me they tend to break in through other units you won’t even know til u open the door since it’s just drywall. Well I was going through a rough time and forgot to pay my unit. Well they went into my unit. The lady called me and said they cut it since it was gonna be auctioned so I paid the fees. I told the lady please charge me for all my fees and insurance since I know I need it. Well they charged me minus the insurance. I went back locked it up. I came back a few months later. Everything was gone. I told them y’all didn’t call me to tell me it was broken into. A new lady said we called you, I told her no one has called me. And I been paying for the unit. Well she goes on to inform me that they were charging me minus insurance. So now I’m mad cuz I been paying a unit minus insurancefor basically nothing. On top of that they know I got all my stuff stolen and still charging me. So the lady said I can offer you a refund from the time it was broken into which I don’t even recall her doing. Then the Manager never called me back. I left him VM nothing. I lost like 30 pairs of shoes worth a great amount of money and clothes since they were collector items. Crying on the inside til this day. The lady got mad at me cuz I told her it was prolly staff since I was told when I rented the unit how exactly I got my stuff stolen. She yelled and cursed at me. So I wouldn’t rent a unit in the building in the middle. The lady said it was the building with brick walls and Sheetrock as the back wall. So I lost big time. So I was robbed. Never ever used a storage again since this experience.

Gate was broke for 2months then door to second floor was broke nobody could even go to thr storage for like a week..then they fixed gste gave out new code ..the next dat changed code never told no one that was the temporary code?????? Ohh did mention elevator been broke 6 months🙄

OMG RUN!!! Nobody's ever in the office? Phone rings straight to voicemail? Keypad and elevator hasn't worked for months cause the power has been out! When someone is nice enough to leave the access door open, its pitch black inside. Corporate says they can't help with anything when the power has been out for months and they refuse any kind of refund! Run far and fast away from this brand and especially this location!!! Read the older 1 star reviews. Apparently these same issues been going on for years. This franchisee/owner needs to sell to someone else that knows how to run a buisness.

I've had a storage for about 3 months at this location. I was hoping to move my belongings on 6/7 and pay a prorated amount, for the 7 days time. No issues. Wrong! I was called by someone claiming to be the manager. She was so rude and unprofessional that I was disappointed that I chose them as my storage facility. These aren't my things they belong to my elderly, disabled mother who is moving in her apartment on 6/7. I was told it would go on my credit and and the woman demanded that I pay rent for a whole month.

Great service all around ☺️ Kim was super helpful taken care of my reservation I had at another location and even took time to drive there when I needed a lock removed from when no one was there. I'd so rate it higher but sadly can only rate a 5 at max

In my experience with having my services at this location, the one comfort I find is the attentive service provided at this location by all the staff here, especially by Kim. Every time I have needed assistance or had a problem Kim has always been very helpful and dedicated to serving not only myself but other customers as well as I have witnessed her exceptional skills in customer service.

That dang on Kim? AMAZINGGG! I was driving all the way from New York to Texas, and The gps said i would get there a little after closing. Kim made sure she stayed a little later to ensure I could drop off my belongings going the extra mile for the customer!!! This is A+ service.

Horrible place... from the lights constantly being out to the elevator not working for over a month making it very difficult to vacate or even stay. The ceiling in my unit had stuff on it that kept falling on my items. I have taken pictures of everything to show the main office. I would recommend using another location because this location is horrible.

One of the worst decisions i ever made was choosing this place to be my storage. Unprofessional, unprepared unit that can't be locked and fraudulent business practices. And it's my first day moving in.
