First & foremost let me say Thank you again to Kamira for the exceptional customer service! From the minute she answered my phone call she sounded like she lived her job which we know in most cases don’t happen! I was inquiring about a box package and when she informed me that she only had one left of a certain price I mentioned it being expensive but needed it anyway so I was on my way. Kamira then took her time to call around and search for a better more affordable deal for me something she did not have to do seeing that I agreed to pay for the one she had in stock. My arrival she found a better deal, saving me over $20 & receiving even more in that package! What’s a blessing this was seeing that school is starting soon and I just had birthdays pass so this deal helped me financially little did she know. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kamira, the new property manager at this Public Storage located at 2510 Cypress Creek Pkwy in Houston, and I must say she is an exceptional manager. As a new customer, my experience with the previous manager was less than satisfactory, but Kamira's actions completely turned things around.
When I reached out to discuss my concerns, Kamira was quick to respond and resolved the issues to my satisfaction without any hassle. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly refreshing. It's evident that she possesses outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
Public Storage made an excellent decision in hiring Kamira, and I sincerely hope she remains with the company for many years to come. When the time comes for her evaluation, I strongly believe she deserves both a raise and a promotion for her exemplary performance. She has certainly made a positive impact on my perception of the company.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE... IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND THE FACILITY IS WORSE. I'VE HAD STUFF IN THIS STORAGE FOR 8 YEARS...PAYING ON AUTO PAY. THEY CHANGED THE LOCK ON MY UNIT... DID NOT GIVE ME NOTICE OR A NEW KEY. I FOUND OUT AFTER TRYING TO GET ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY. WHEN I TRIED TO GET A KEY, I HAD TO MAKE 3 TRIPS AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS NEVER THERE!!!! THE SIGN AND VOICE MAIL SAY THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 6PM. THAT'S A LIE!!!!!
PLEASE DON'T CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE... THEY ARE JUST AS HORRIBLE.

Good location. You have to call or come to the store online it said the storage we wanted it had several but when we arrived 10 minutes later it was stated they had nothing bigger than a locker for the last 1-2 months

Corey the property manager was very helpful to me and my husband he provided us with all the information that we needed as first time storage buyers. Definitely recommend this location to rent your storage, they are very helpful and there are no unexpected clauses! If we ever need storage again we will be coming to this location. Also, their security system is really cool all of your things are 100% secured.
