I leased the largest climate controlled storage unit available for over three years, and was utterly disappointed to find that the air conditioning units not only stopped working, but weren’t even fixed following that for several months in a row. I had many items that were damaged due to that, and eventually just cleared the unit entirely since no action was performed by the management. If you’re considering climate controlled units, please be careful with renting one from this location, or look for other options in the area.

I was having so many issues at another storage place but when I arrived to her location at the last minute before she was leaving for the day, she didn't hesitate to help me. She got me a better unit than I expected at a great price. She did this while dealing with customers on the phone and walk-ins beside myself. She was calm and did everything with ease. She helped me to calm down and her great attitude put me in a better mood myself. I have never had any issues in the 2 years that i have stored in this facility. Lolita was kind very helpful and has great customer service skills!! Great experience.

I used to hate the staff here, always rude and never helpful UNTIL I met Tequilla. SHE went above and beyond for me! I would have never recommended this location due to vile staff until now. I would first like to start by saying this public storage had to be one of the cleanest and well-maintained storage facilities I’ve ever been been in. I would also like to say that the store manager was absolutely fantastic going above and beyond in every aspect of management. She took care of us gave us exactly what we needed and did not put us in a unit to big that was more money, as a matter fact she gave us a great deal on our storage cheaper than anywhere else that we had gotten. I would 100% recommend this property if anyone’s out there looking for a storage unit. Thanks again Lolita

This Public storage location has been magnificent since we began storing our product here. We are on our fifth unit and not once have I had an issue. The property is always clean.
