North Houston Storage Units On Cypress Creek Parkway
This Public Storage in north Houston, sitting at the intersection of FM 1960 and Imperial Valley Drive, less than one mile east of Interstate 45, is equipped to handle any size load with the right cheap self storage unit.

Tawana was very helpful and considerate! Helped me get everything that i needed, quick and easy process. Although, i was given a storage lock with 2 keys however one of them didnt work, but Jennifer was able to fix that right away for me by issuing a new free lock and lock cut request to re-secure my unit space

I called once & didn’t get a response but she called me back less than 5 minutes later and was very patient with me while I had to change my storage from a small unit to a larger one. I just wanted to take a moment to send a huge compliment to the Propery Manager at the public storage location on 621 FM 1960. She is the epitome of Customer Service. She went over and beyond to make sure I had the correct storage and that I had the one that was that best suitable for my needs. Not only did Mrs. Tawana take care of that burr the Manager at the other location messed up and somehow messed up my reservation leaving me with no storage and I had to move out on 9/15/2023. Tawana called several locations to ensure I had a storage and that I either get that intital Move In Special. There is no words to really express my gratitude towards her. She would not let me off the phone until she found me a location and help me set up my account and reserve it. If that’s not Customer Service , I don’t know what is. I’m definately going to make sure her manager know . These are the type of recognitions that goes too often unnoticed and unrecognized.

Very easy to get storage. Representative very polite and positive.
I paid for a temperature controlled unit and they moved me into a unit knowing the AC is out and I'll be in there for at least 4 days (Friday -Monday) without AC and I'm leaving for out of town. I have instruments and the Houston humidity will ruin them. Not to mention it was a huge hassle to get the right code of the door even to get in since their automated line told me the wrong code. WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF TIME. I will sue for breech of contract.

I dont like to leave negative reviews but my storage got broken into. They took both of my computers. There is not enough camera on the premises. There is two doors in my storage they only gave me the keys to one door. this is unprofessional

Came here earlier today to look for a pretty big unit. I was told that the size I need wasn’t at this location, but the nice and very helpful girl in the office, Jada, pointed me in the direction of one that would suit my needs at a different location.
