Facilities are clean and well maintained which it should be. This is why the rating is a two and not a one. The regular rent increases are not desirable. Over the last two years rent has increased 100%.
Plus, getting a hold of an actual person has been problematic over the last two years. You can see someone in the office but they don’t open the door, this is during business hours. They don’t make it easy. One would think they reward customer loyalty, but the psychology is you won’t move all your stuff even if they raise the rents, so you’re at their mercy. Well I moved out. Rents been raised 3 different times. The last time was a $70 increase. 5 months after a $50 increase.
My original rent was $1800 a year. I could justify the 10x15 space. Even when it went up to $2600 a year. Ouch but ok. But this last increase brought it to just under $4,000 a year. Get this, the same unit for new renters is now $856 a year. No integrity and certainly no loyalty to their long term customers.
Get place good prices and there clean and o. Top of things they do more then just take ur money they go above and beyond to help in anyway to make sure u are comfortable with storing ur valuables
Unit had a broken mechanism for the door. I was quickly switched to another unit.
Been renting here for about a year now. I've had no complaints. It's easy to get in and out and the place is well secured and is well kept. If you have questions or need help updating your unit info. They'll be happy to help, no questions asked.

She turned a bad experience I previously had to an extremely positive one. Her professionalism, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to quickly and smoothly make decisions and transfer my unit to a larger one was very impressive. Celeste is a wonderful property manager. She helped me threw the rental process in a timely manner and answered all the questions or concerns I had.
I have been renting 3 units from this property for a couples years now, I will say I have no intentions of leaving.
The property always looks nice and presentable, comfortable while being there, and the staff always helps me out if there is a problem.
I recently had to come into the office to receive assistance with my storage units. Ms. Allee was incredibly helpful, friendly, skilled, and very competent in her role and what needed to be done.
She helped put my stresses at ease and I just wanted to send you a note to recognize her and say thank you for a job very well done!
This place is ridiculous. you call and leave a voice message and no one calls you back. I went to the office and waited 45m hoping someone is going to show up. I called their number, corporate answered. They reached out to the lady who is supposed to be their. They said she will be their in 5m. 25m later and no one showed up. At least, hang a sign on the door about how long you are going to be away..
Service is terrible as whoever lives in the office chooses to leave the office unattended during office hours with no service to be made through the phone or online. I personally would not recommend getting a unit here as my last year and a half the rates have done nothing but go up $60+ more than when the first few payments were made.
Typically I would say it’s average storage. Recently this location was targeted by theft of property. Security cameras have limited access on the premises.

The property manager Celeste was very helpful to us, not only did she stay past store hours to help us get into our unit but came out into the rain to turn an out door light for us. She is the best and everyone should take notes from her, that’s how you run a property. I’m going to tell my friends about this one!

Excellent facility and Celeste was super friendly and helpful in getting me set up with a storage room. The previous storage facility I was at never had carts available and she set me up with a room close enough to where I wouldn’t even need one. Awesome service and clean facility.

Ridiculously expensive and customer service is horrible. Never in the office when needed. Office hours listed are just a suggestion. If you can do without a storage unit I strongly suggest you avoid it. They Jack the prices up when you are a few months in.
48 inches is approximately 5 feet.
The 10×5 units are actually 10×4. It's 20% smaller than advertised. No matter what you say to them, they will keep responding with "you agreed to that in the lease" or "units are approximate in the lease" or "you accepted that when you open it."
I never signed an agreement to move into a space that was [units] smaller than advertised.
All spaces are measured in the unit of feet. So a space that is exactly48 inches would be 4 feet, not 5 feet. This was a huge learning experience for a first-time renter. Couldn't use the space for what I needed to store.
This was my first time renting out a storage unit. Celeste was very kind, helpful, and went out of her way to explain everything we needed to know to us. She was very patient with my family's many questions. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Thank you so much!

I understand it cost more but if you don't want your stuff to bake in the Texas heat it's worth it.

Got to the point where my unit was damn near 200 dollars. Prior to Public Storage buying this and many other locations my bill was a reasonable sub 100. After public storage took ownership prices SKYROCKETED damn near every quarter. The crazy thing a 10x10 unit for a new person 120 but for a loyal customer who has been paying for years 190+. Not to mention the absurd amount of access points you have to use to get to your storage. While moving out I had to use the elevator access point like 15+ times cause the elevator won't go up if you don't enter the code. This place sucks period end of story. Look for another option unless you enjoy getting robbed.
I would recommend exploring other options unless you don’t mind receiving an email just about every month with an increase.. we are moving to a better storage with A/C for about half the price we currently pay after COUNTLESS increases over the years.
Stopped by to update billing information and Celeste and Allee were awesome at helping me with the updates but also answering a number of questions I had about my account. GREAT SERVICE!

Edit #2: Just received 3 emails regarding ANOTHER increase on all three of my storage units, totaling an additional $156.00 per month. Making my monthly rent $917.00 per month. This is 3/4 of my entire monthly disability income. Physically, I am unable to move. Outraged!

Everything I own is in storage, as of June 2015. I am disabled and Social Security Disability is my only income. Within months of buying out AllStorage, Public Storage raised the rent on each of my 3 units, increases totaling approximately $150.00 per month making my rent $715.00 per month for the three units. This is over half my monthly income. I am physically unable to move to another location. Prior to the rate increase, I was able to pay my rent on or before the due date. I, now, have to take money from my grocery budget to pay storage rent and struggle to pay before fees begin to accrue. I've called in an attempt to get the increases reduced. Their answer was "No". Public Storage has spent a great deal of money on cosmetic changes and remodeling the facility. Clearly, they are passing on the expense to their customers. The remodeling has created units that are less secure. The office is frequently closed during business hours. Gates have been broken for months at a time ...finally repaired this past month. The facility is not nearly as clean as it was when managed by All Storage. Essentially, the product and service has decreased in value... yet, I am paying much more than I was. And Public Storage seems to be buying up the competition, so better rental rates are difficult to find. I've worked in the industry. I know this is just about profit. They do not care who they hurt. In the current economy, ...well..., lives are being destroyed.
AllStorage Review
I've maintained multiple storage units at this facility since June of 2015. The majority of my experiences have been good. Whitney was the manager who leased me the first two spaces. She was always professional and friendly. Now I have the pleasure of working with Trace. He has worked with me regarding additional spaces... a really hard working guy. Also professional and friendly.
Other employees have come and gone over the years. All have maintained their professionalism and been friendly. However, this year, one new employee was added that has me wondering. Amy is rude, combative and agressive. I have had several negative encounters with her. Her customer service skills leave much to be desired.
Still, because of good experiences during the 5+ years I've been storing with them, I can honestly give them a 5 star rating. Thanks!
My rent was raised again. It is now $268 when I first got the storage unit when it use to be All Storage in 2021 my rent was $150. Just a heads up to to anyone who is looking to rent a unit here, your rent will be raised about $50 yearly.
I received an email today regarding yet ANOTHER rate increase. When we got the unit, it was with All Storage and it was with a great rate. When it changed over to Public Storage, it went up a little bit, but it was understandable as it was a new company. Last July, I received an email about it going up to over $180 for my unit. We dealt with it because we needed the storage, but to raise it YET again to $215 a month? I don't understand how our unit is being charged $215 when you look it up on the website and its not that much a month for other customers. This is very disappointing and as far as I'm concerned...a rip off.

Corporate for Public Storage is the most unprofessional and greedy company. Their own employees are looking elsewhere for employment and are embarrassed by their practices. We (multiple units) were given less than a month to empty our large units so they can make them smaller and make more money. This was across their north division. Between 2 businesses and selling our home we had 7 units with them! Ps corporate doesn’t care and they have been advised to stop giving out the care number to clients and left their local staff to deal with it!
Danny was great. Helped us out with some deals and it was done quickly as well.
So disappointed in Public Storage. My original was All Storage. At the beginning of the year, Public Storage took over. After 3 months, i received a 40% rate increase. I called about the issue. The agent said they would revert back to my old rate. 3 months later, not so much.
Tremendous customer service easy accessibility. A huge shout out too Celeste. Her customer service ability is through the roof her ability to multitask is even that much better. Celesta was able to field not only my multiple questions but other people that were in the office area as in the office area as well. This woman needs a raise on how much she can multitask and how much she can do. Someone give this woman a raise please cuz she did a tremendous job for me.

I was having trouble accessing both gates on the property and the same employee saw me and drove past me at both and completely ignored me. Storing with all storage was better but now under public storage management it has been terrible. There has been furniture piling up at the dumpster and in front of the entrance to my unit. This is the last month I will be here, you’re better off storing elsewhere with a different company.
Had To drive to the location twice today because there we no carts to be found to take my items to the 2nd floor . The person in the office said she would have to hunt for them . came back 3 hours later still no carts , but I Found a Nice family that was going through there locker and let me use there cart to move my items. !
My father and I rented a climate controlled unit. However, it is on the 2nd floor at the end of the building. Which is fine if there are carts available. However, every cart was missing in each entrance. No one else was in the building so why are all the carts missing??? Also, no one is ever in the office if you need assistance. The manager gave us her phone number but she never answers the phone. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

On-site manager from this day wasn't there doors locked and no note. Waiting alone there with 3 other customers for awhile. We we upset and so were they. Got my unit from the phone but needed to change for buger one. She would not answer phone calls or my messages. I had to call an oter store just so they can get to her. Finally got to speak to her I told her what I wanted and found online lower price she first said yes but then keeped giving me higher prices. She would not let me change my location and flight out hang up on us. I get it short staff and busybut, don't take it out on the customers. Didn't even let me put no stars had to put one but I give them zero stars.

A woman who goes by Les here should be avoided. This woman did not try to be compassionate nor patient. Les was inflexible in a payment issue. You're better off getting respect from the automated phone service than you are from Les.
