Golly! I have to move units, and thought I had to move from the storage facility. Sooooo, I got a new unit somewhere else. Only to discover I just needed to move units! I stopped by today and spoke with PAM, who was amazing! She got a new unit, which means I just move my stuff down the hallway! I’m so happy that I don’t have to move to another location! As I was moving out I had realized they increased my storage unit by $50 a month. I moved everything out and wanted to get a smaller unit for my washer and dryer. Since no one was available in the office and never returned my calls I was stuck paying for a giant unit for my washer and dryer. I have contacted the BBB and will never do business with Public Storage again.

I set up a move in reservation at 4pm yesterday with this business and nobody showed up. We tried calling the property manager (only after getting their number from their “customer service” line which has a wave of robotic prompts) and they never responded and a day later still no response to my voicemail to the property manager yesterday. I just got an email saying that I missed my appointment. Lol. Imagine how quickly they would have responded if someone broke into your stuff! Luckily I took my business down the street to Armored storage which is family owned and there is a presence on site 24/7.

I came to this location because i needed to view the different sized storages and none of the other locations had anyone available to show. I spoke with Pam and she was absolutely awesome at answering all my questions and showing me the different sized units that i needed to see. She was very helpful and I definitely recommend this location if you’re in need of storage.
Terrible company and terrible customer service! They leave the office during business hours lock the doors don’t leave a note to tell you when they’re coming back and can’t call the location specifically. They get you in with a relatively low price, but doubled the rent in a year. They raised it four times in one year. This happened at another public storage location with my mom‘s unit. Exact same thing they doubled her rent within a year. I would run as far away from this company and she possibly can

They will raise your rates by at least 50% a few months after you start there. I have also been locked out and locked in on multiple occasions. With no one doing anything about it or caring.

Once you find it behind other businesses, facility is nice... clean and quiet, near busy area so less risk of people trying to take things like other locations in the metroplex.. Haven't met the staff yet, but like being able to access my stuff without alot of interaction with the employees. Convenience and controlled climate makes this place worth it..

By not keeping my reservation when your website says ALL OVER IT that there is no obligation to my reservation you have committed fraud, I will be exposing your fraud fully and also will be opening a better business bureau case based on this fraud. You cannot accept reservations saying no obligation then when you have other customers cancel the reservation requiring an obligation thats LITERALLY FRAUD!!!!
DO NOT RESERVE UNITS HERE THEY WILL CANCEL THEM AGAINST THEIR OWN PROMISES ABOUT NO OBLIGATION REQUIRED.

I’ve been paying rent at this Public Storage for several years. I recently found out that there was a break in/robbery that involved my unit, which had happened over a month ago. I didn’t find out until I called about another matter. The door of my unit was damaged and doesn’t close. From the time this robbery occurred over a month ago they have not repaired my unit and have only a tarp hanging over it! My property has been exposed to weather, animals, or anyone that wants to help themselves to my stuff.
The property manager, Amanda, is horrific! She verbally attacked me on the phone for questioning why my unit door has not been repaired. Amanda ‘claims’ she did her due diligence to let me know, however, I was left one voice message and that didn’t include the situation, no text, no email. I called the main business number as well as the GM and zero responses to this matter.
They are always super nice and helpful when trying to get your business, but trust me, they could care less. I’ve been trying for days to reach them about an update on my unit, but no return calls.

I was planning on visiting a few locations both with public storage and other storage facilities. However, with this first stop I was certain this was the location I wanted. The facility was very clean, even during a busy time. Amanda is awesome! She helped me through the entire process with ease and addressed any questions or concerns I had while there. Talking to her felt very natural and made me confident in knowing that this was the place I wanted to store and keep my stuff safe!

I can't believe that I paid $78,000 for 3 years and tonight I was locked out having to leave my purse and cellphone. Also the doors to my units (2) we're not left secured. Tried speaking with someone via Life chat who kept asking me 'Can you ask the question different. I was truly thinking about sleeping in the U-Haul because I was afraid someone who take my things. So very disappointed ☹️. Earlier today when we were there the restrooms were locked and when we asked to have them open it, the lady was very RUDE....
