Other than not getting the unit I reserved online, and not being told of the insurance or prorate for one day when I spoke with someone over the phone to confirm my registration a week before the day scheduled to move in, the location is neat and clean, the person working was nice, just frustrating when you do not get what you are told you would get. Almost feels like a bait and switch or that someone there chose to give away a unit that was reserved to someone that either was pushy, complained, or who knows, especially since apparently the people currently working there are new and still training to some degree. I will say I ended up getting it for $5 less than expected, but makes one wonder why bother making a reservation? I would have loved to give 5 stars, but I just couldn't, and I believe considering 4 is fair. Hopefully the rest of the experience with this location will be top notch from here forward.

ICE CREAM!!! Just moved in this week and so far the experience has been fantabuloso! I was considering a few other places, but once I saw Amanda's professionalism paired with her prize-wining smile, I decided to park it here. The place is clean, the units come in all shapes and sizes, and access is smooth every time. Everyone should bring Amanda lots of ICE CREAM!!!

I have been renting here for few years now and I have had nothing but good experiences. I have met a few managers, I do really like the girls up there now. I think their name’s are Juanita and Amanda they are so sweet. Whenever I have a problem they do what they can to fix it as fast as they can. Very honest and upfront people. Highly recommend storing at this facility!
I came looking into a unit and was met by Amanda and Juanita, they were so respectful and nice they really made looking so much fun! They had answers to every question and if they didn’t they made sure that I would receive an accurate answer before I left! I never knew looking at a unit could be so fun!
If you rent here, I would think twice. My storage has been broken into numerous times & they never call the police & now the holder that holds the lock has been tampered with & had been cut & they will not replace it so now it can be opened by anyone. After a year then they go up one the rent almost monthly, even though you have a contact for a certain amount with late chgs If you try to contact them, no one answers. If I were you I would find some other place to store your things. Poor customer service all around.

Amanda was beyond helpful! Was calling around to get quotes for oir upcoming move and she was the only person who acted like she cared vs just wanting our money. Very knowledgeable about all sizes we could potentially need. Will definitely be reaching back out closer to our move date!

I like the convince of the storage facility but I can't say the same about all of the employees. I also question Public Storage policy's. It bothers me horribly that prices are so impossible to obtain. When obtaining the price for a larger unit a price is given but that's not correct because of the required insurance, etc. None of this should be difficult but seems to be. Amanda was truly outstanding but the little lady that is covering for her during some of absence is rude, unhelpful and not customer oriented at all!
6/27/24- Well,unfortunately my experience regarding billing hasn't been the best. A few months ago our rate increased significantly, but I expect increases. Unfortunately, I've had two increases in less than a year. I was told that nothing they could do. Just not good considering the first year my unit was flooded to no fault of mine. Just disappointed in the after sign up service.
5/22/23- I wanted to make an update on my experience. Recently our storage unit had water coming in the unit and other units around ours. Unfortunately, it has been a few months now and still not fixed. When I brought this to the attention of Erin who works there occasionally, she immediately got assistance and put in a work order. I went by today and she walked with me to my unit to check progress. The water is still there, but Erin is the only reason we will be keeping our unit here.
Original post: Moving to the area and my first experience with the lady on Saturday was amazing. She was very kind and helpful with everything. The facility is newer and pretty big. So far, so good.
If more people were like Amanda, this world would be so much better! Courteous, happy, a pleasure to speak with. I immediately referred customers to your company because of her! If she's not in charge of customer service, she should be!
Great experience with Juanita and Amanda, clean facilities, walked the property, was able to show open units and sizes available. Fast and easy service, app on phone to access property, plus they have carts to use, to help move items from car to unit.
Advised staff I was moving out, they told me they would take care of everything, reminded them again at the front office on the way out. 3 months go by and they sent me to collections. Manager was abnoxious, hung up on me, staff said it was because she's pregnant and unstable. In the end, after 6 months, I had to work through HQ to get this location to straighten everything out. Record on audio and video when you leave. State the date and their name while video taping and that you owe nothing more on the account. Very incompetent folks.
I came in to look at getting a storage unit and spoke to Amanda. She was super helpful and helped me look at different units, and was very clear on pricing/payment, and did so with an amazing attitude! If you come here, definitely ask for Amanda!!!!! Thank you, Amanda!

Wow! Just had the best customer service possible by Juanita... given my most nerve wrecking, long hectic experience with Public Storage to date.
Had rented a unit at nearby Blue Mound property scheduled for movein today , but access codes did not work period, shockingly, to my surprise, nor does phone reception in the complex.
Had to cancel that agreement with the help of an outstanding customer service agent because the code they assigned for me to have access did not ever work. So, I could not move in starting today as planned.
So, i had to instead go rent down the way at Bonds Ranch. Juanita helped me get a unit. She was amazing , very patient, professional, and polite! She got me a comparable unit and set up for immediate access! Thanks, Juanita

Kristina, if I would give her a zero for customer service that would be it. Today is November 2nd, 2023 they cleared my unit out without a via call or an email. Then stated my items are in the trash. I even stated I was paying and coming back for the rest of my items the next day in front Kristina and her coworkers of a musketeers. On the handbook it stated that we have a few days to pay the unit with the late fee. They gave me one day!!!! Then when I asked where my items where’s Kristina states with a chuckle there in the trash. I asked for Human Resources information was denied. Ended up finding it myself . Then afterward asked what I was doing with the unit. Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

There is never a utility cart there to use. I am the only car in the facility and no carts around. I'm tired of loading up, getting to the storage unit ready to unload and there is nothing to move the boxes on. The office person told me they get stolen. Well please watch the cameras or replace so paying customers like me can use them. I'm not happy with this lack effort on this location.
Update...........Manager gave me a call and is trying to find a solution to this problem. I was listened to and at least someone called me to try to fix the problem instead of ignoring the issue. I am pleased that my frustration was addressed and will change my review as of this writing based on what I was told they would change as far as loading carts. If that happens then I will change my rating to 5 stars.

There is never anyone in office can't access my unit they tell you to leave a message and someone will call you back haha thats a joke just like this location three cars outside waiting for assistance and nothing DO NOT RENT A UNIT AT THIS LOCATION
The facility is useful but there are several issues. First, the staff are uncaring, inconsiderate and generally unavailable. On the day I moved my belongings out they allowed me to park my vehicle outside overnight but the next day they threatened to have me towed, giving me only a 10 minute notice. In addition they canceled my access code before I was able to remove my U-haul truck from the secured area.
I love this storage place! I spoke with Kristina and another worker who I didn’t catch her name the other day about something in regards to the storage. They were both so kind, very knowledgeable, and were able to help right away! 10/10 would recommend storing here!

Watch out for the rent hikes. Was told when I reserved my unit that the hikes were only about $20-30 a year. So far my rent has almost doubled. And it’s only been a year and a half.
