If I could give no stars ii would! I had been renting a unit here since Jan. 2024. I always used auto pay so it was never late. Aug, 2024, I ran into some finance trouble and I knew it was going to be late. I contacted the office and told them it would be caught up by the end of the month. I even paid $130, which was more than the rent. I received emails from them telling me it was about to be sold, but there was no sale date given. A friend agreed to pay my balance of $226 on the 25th, and that's what I told Public Storage the evening of the 24th. I called the office around 8:30 on the 25th and was told that my unit had been sold and was being loaded up. I was furious! told them that I could pay it, but was told it was out of their hands. I asked the girl in the office to please ask the buyer to call me, to ask if I could at least get all my personal pictures back. I have no way of knowing if she really did, so Im sure 70 years of pictures ended up in their dumpster! I even asked for the buyers number so that I could call him myself, but was told it was against policy. So, I am an 70 year old, disabled woman who has lost all of my furniture, and hundreds of priceless pictures and momentos that can never be replaced! All because I owed them $226, that was not even a month late. They could not wait a few more hours for the payment. So, NO, I will not recommend Public Storage on Riverside Drive to anyone. STAY AWAY. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. PAM HICKS

This place is not secure, and management provides zero customer support when vehicles or belongings are damaged or stolen. Vandals and thieves recently damaged/stole nearly twenty rvs/trailers in one night. Public Storage response to customers was basically too bad for you.

Kristina has been nothing short of an angel when I come in for help. What ever she can do with in her power as a manager she will do and it is a pleasure when every I come to the office with an issue.

*** Edit to my previous 1 star review: Kristina, the area lead supervisor, made everything right and was able to ease my mind about the safety of the facility. She was able to refund all of my money and provide compensation for my inconvenience. She called me personally and listened attentively to my concerns and suggestions. I could tell she really cared. If I were rating her personally, I would change my review to 5 stars. I realize all of this wasn’t her fault. Corporate’s handling of the situation was my main issue. They really need to change their attitude towards customers and work out the logistics. Original review: Upon move-in There was no one there and no note posted, communicating what was going on. It was 4pm. They were supposed to be open at 5. I tried getting a hold of corporate, but they are on PST so no one available to help. Another person was there having the same problem. He said he had been there for over an hour. We tried the code several times, then tried the app several times, after 45 minutes I finally left with my entire car still filled with boxes, as if I needed this extra stress. I thought, Ok, I’ll try tomorrow. Nope, same issue. However, this time I was able to get on to chat with a live agent from corporate. He was somewhat helpful, but not really. He remote opened the gate for us, but when I got to my unit it was locked with a pad lock that needed a key. I was defeated. So then when I tried to leave, I was stuck inside the facility because you need a code to get out. It took 20 minutes to finally get out. I was in a panic. It took me telling the agent that I would just call the police to come help for him to gave me an alternative code in order to get out. When I finally got out, I told him that I just wanted a refund or for my rental to be transferred to a different facility within the same company. He said they couldn’t do that. It had to have been canceled the day I made the rental. I was shocked. It hadn’t even been 24 hours and I explained that I couldn’t get in touch with anyone the day prior because they weee on Pacific time. He then argued with me and told me that it was within their hours and I should have seen the number that was clearly on their website. He told me a refund was not possible. Then I asked about a transfer of the same unit type to a different facility. He explained that they can’t do that. He did say I needed to get in contact with my property manager I explained that no one was there, and that I had already left 3 unanswered messages. He apologized for the inconvenience but that there was noting he could do. I asked if I could talk to his supervisor, he said there was no one else to talk to and that I was already talking with corporate. When I got home, I spent the next 1.5 hours calling and waiting on hold to talk to another agent at corporate that transferred me to a different person, then transferred me to a 3rd person, who explained they would refund the rental, but not the lock or the administrative fee. When I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, he finally said he would relay all of this to a supervisor and he may approve a refund but he may not. Finally, they refunded the rental, lock, but not the 39 dollar administrative fee. I asked again if I rented from another facility in the same company if they would provide a discount or credit my account for the inconvenience or at least recoup the non refunded administrative fee. He said he couldn’t, but that I could ask the property manager at the other facility. Putting it back on me. I just am really disappointed and dissatisfied with how the whole situation was handled and did not feel safe being locked inside a rental facility by myself with no one there to help. This is not how businesses should be run. People should be on site to talk to during posted business hours and should communicate if they are not for any reason. I am extremely disappointed.

I recommend this place of storage to anyone I have been a customer for about 10 months & never had any trouble. The most important thing I like about this place as a business owner I am able to get in & out any time of night. I work late hours & the communication is very well with the staff. The manger Ms Kristina have always been a big help. After-hours I have seen her patrolling the property to make sure things are safe & as well in the day time.

I went here a few days ago to look at some available units and the lady at the front was very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Neci or Ceci but she was an absolute joy to work with. I was a bit frustrated when I arrived and had a bit of an attitude I will admit but she never lost her composure or patiences with me. With customer service like this, I would definitely recommend doing business with them. Prices are great compared to other similar facilities.

I dont know who Sonja and Neci are in these reviews but the two women I dealt with were not wanting to work today. After driving 13 hours from New Mexico I just wanted to drop my stuff off but not that easy. First unit had a sprinkler leak drip, not their fault but i thought this should be an easy unit switch. Nope. After paying $1 to transfer I had to drive to my unit/office 4 times to get them to unlock their lock off the unit. The office kept telling me the woman was doing it but she was on the other side just walking around. Finally after going back and forth for 1 hour and her seeing me walk up to her in the office, she sneaks out the back and finally unlocks my storage. 5/5 facility(except leaky unit) 0/5 staff. Not sure what pissed her off, maybe first customer of the day?

They randomly raised my rent by $60/month when a larger unit with the exact same amenities is advertised online for less. Would not recommend unless you like to play roulette with your money. Also found the front gate wide open this weekend. Not secure at all

The staff at Public Storage (specifically Christina) are great to work with and very helpful… From navigating different sized storage units to working with the parking units in the back, they’ve always helped us navigate what would meet our storage and parking needs while bringing transparency along the way. Though this account is mainly used for gaming I must post this as such. After a long heartache filled time needing to use this facility with drama and issues I do not wish to post I will leave this review as this; The person in charge of this facility has shown a caring side I wish a lot of people would show nowadays. When it came time for me to move out of the unit she let me know there was still items left behind and let me know the fees and amounts that would follow if not taken care of but was honest and forthright with her approach to help me out instead of leaving me to just encrue a fee that most people would do. I thank them once again with all my heart for showing me there are still great people like them in the world.

I recently stopped by this location to inquire about a storage unit. Heath was the associate on duty. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Heath exceeded all my expectations. I will be recommending this location to family and friends.

This place is very clean and easy to access but their prices are by far the most expensive! Not recommended if you can find a cheaper place!!

for the second week in a row the gate is wide open to the facility. THE WHOLE POINT OF YOUR BUSINESS IS TO SECURE OUR STUFF! We can park truck in our own parking lot UNSECURED and NOT pay Public Storage monthly. This location routinely has issues with their gates and the rollup door to their climate controlled storage. Figure it out Public Storage! Why do we pay you monthly otherwise!!!

I was having some issues with getting into my storage unit because my gate code was freaking out. It was 6:48 and after hours but Ashley was kind enough to help fix my problem. I highly recommend this storage complex. The manager Ms. Ashley was outstanding in providing excellent service to my wife and I. She provided 3 storage views for size and she explained the amount that would fit comfortably and safely. In completing the rental process she was again outstanding. I had been a customer with All Storage for 5+ years and when Public Storage bought them out the customer service went down hill. The Customer Service at Corporate is pitiful. The Front Bay in to the property of the climate controlled units was broken for 3 months before getting repaired. Access to the property was not secure. Called site manager and was told my concerns could only be dealt with at corporate level. Those concerns being the front bay door and the office unmanned during business hours. This month I was sent me an email that my unit rent was increasing and I decided that my needs would be better addressed else where.

Taylor was really great, very friendly and such a big help to us in deciding what we needed (without any pressure). She’s the reason we chose to rent here over other storage places that were closer to our home. She is most definitely an asset to the company!!

My unit has rodents and has been constantly contaminated by rat droppings. My rent has increased dramatically 3 times within a year. Good location and that’s it. There has been several thefts at this location. The gate is always broken and your entry code doesn’t always work! Go somewhere where you are appreciated!

Do not rent here! Something is always broken. Two leaking units and finally had to relocate. Nothing has been done to fix or prevent leaking when raining. Final slap in the face was a credit towards the next month after I already said I was leaving.

Slightly better than average. I like the gates and locks, but neighboring Public Storage locations have been burglarized and units ransacked. Also I'm just waiting for the day they raise my rent like the last PS location. It's a decent option for storage, but I'm not overly impressed. *edit, took only 5 months after moving in. My rate increased 38%. Be mindful, and pick a place that will offer a stable price.

Absolutely the worst storage facility ever. I had my truck broken into, people throw trash into my property when there are signs clear as day saying no illegal dumping when I ask them for help of course there's nothing they can do. That's not their problem. They calm the camera work but every time I ask them to review them "oh our cameras are down or we had an outage" bs. They are ridiculous. The fence is always broken. There's nothing secure about this place. Take your money elsewhere.

Homeless man broke into one of the RVs and was living in it for months. Your storage is not safe the fence is always broken for thieves to walk in and go shopping. The elevators are always broke. This place is to expensive for the fence to be broken. $270 a month. 5 star reviews are fake they ask everyone to give a 5 star review and they receive discounts.

Wonderful experience here. My wife and I have had a unit for a little over 2 years. Very easily accessible, staff is incredibly friendly, good location in general, clean place!

Very angry here. First time putting our items into our unit. The drive thru building is cool, when we can actually use it. The security guard was blocking the exit closest to the road, and made us back out a 15 foot uhaul truck all the way out the way we came, when we were right next to the exit; I think he didn’t want to move his car. Said that entrance was “supposed to be locked” when he could’ve just moved. Ridiculous

Posted on Facebook and they deleted and blocked me. Electricity Out Since Oct 2022 Public Storage 11025 N Riverside Dr Fort Worth, TX 76244 Building K has had the electricity out since Oct 2022. Elevator will not operate, cannot retrieve items on the second-floor unit for over six weeks. Local management refers me corporate. Corporate refers me to local management. The message I receive is neither local management nor corporate does not care to fix electricity. Meanwhile I have hand carry 1200 pounds of items down the stairs. Will someone with in the company please be the hero and own up to the issue and follow it all the way through to resolved it. Submitting a report to someone else’s desk is just kicking the can down the road to the next person who doesn’t care about the customer. Soon to be an ex-customer. Please Help! #publicstorage

I have a storage unit through my work here and the last month or so has been awful. The elevator in building K has been broken for over a month. I have a second floor unit and need to access 70+ pound boxes for work. I have had to carry them down the rickety outside metal stairs for weeks now. Today I went and the elevator is still broken but now apparently the gate is only working intermittently (one gate has caution tape over the entrance) and the front office is closed due to internet issues. Is anything working here??

Very affordable and the staff is amazing to deal with.

Had to wait 10 minutes as they were driving around the property, probably checking property. Once they showed up they were great. Wish they put a sign up they'd be back in few minutes or however long they gone.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve rented here for over 12 years. Since Public Storage took over, it has been a nightmare. I’m moving to a new place today. I have several shipments a month coming for work. The office has a key to give the drivers. I have had 5 deliveries in the past month refused because nobody is ever in the office. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t call you back when you leave messages. I’ve called corporate and they said they gave my number and email to the district manager. Never a call back. They bought the building, painted it, locked all the bathrooms so you cannot use, gated the dumpster so that tenants can’t use, and disappear.

Absolutely awful service. Came up yesterday before close and nobody was in office. Here today since 2, it is now 2:53 and still waiting on somebody to talk to. Cars are piling up in the parking lot, some are leaving, and everyone is very upset. Nobody will answer the phones. They have all the lights on and there is nobody. Very upset, when it was all storage it was amazing. Now it’s switched to public storage and it is absolutely terrible, worst customer service ever. We will be moving our unit to a different place as you can’t even get in contact with anyone.

I have two units here, one of which I have had for over 5 years when it was All Storage. Since Public Storage purchased it, everything has deteriorated, including access (they park THEIR trailers & trucks inside so that customers must park outside & walk in). Elevators do not work. Restroom has no tp, although I was told I wasn't even supposed to be using the restroom. Hours of access are fewer. The button to raise the door from the inside doesn't work...if I hadn't had my phone, I'm not sure how I would have gotten out. I will be closing one unit & moving the other to another facility. Staff just shrugged when I expressed my dissatisfaction.
