Do not use this facility. They stole ALL my photography equipment.
Public Storage put a lock on my unit for non-payment (on April 22nd) after I had paid my monthly fee (i have email confirmation of payment processed on April 15th). The same month, ALL of my photography equipment was stolen from my unit. My space was the only one broken into (suspicious). I was notified on April 30th that this happened. I filed an insurance claim that was denied due to no proof of theft.
Hang on, this is where it gets SUPER suspicious..
According to our detective with FWPD, the gentleman running the place, Danny, only looked over cameras for April 1-15th, weeks before we were notified that our unit got broken into and that was prior to them putting a lock on for supposed non-payment. Danny also told police that this wasn't our first time making a claim ( thats a lie, and proved this to the police) and told them I was likely making a false claim. I hadn't been to the unit since March 3rd, which they have record of in their system.
They refused to give the police the video footage and wouldn't look through additional days. I'm fully convinced someone who works there (Danny) stole all of our items. Now a small business is out about 3k of equipment, and no way of getting any items or compensation back.
DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. Also, their elevators and doors never work but that's not as major as thousands of dollars of equipment being stolen.
Danny was really nice and very helpful. He helped me get the right storage-unit for my needs, even had me take a look at it first to make sure it would work for me, then directed me and patiently waited for me to get it set up on the website so I could take advantage of a web special they were running, after which he got me checked in and set up with access. Being an indoor storage facility in the hot Texas sun makes this a lot better than the other places I was using.
Second update. They have reduced my price for the time being!!!
So update. I understand inflation but now they want $150 for a 10x10 on the third floor. Many other places still offer similar unit for $80.

Lindi has been so helpful to me and my husband whenever we needed service. It's such a big facility, yet she is always present. I do hope that the company is able to solve the cart issue so that it's more than one. Other than that I have had no issues and hope it can remain as easy.

After shopping for a storage unit in the Summerfields area, this storage facility has the least expensive monthly prices and has the easiest process to rent a unit. Elevators always break down and my rent goes up all the time. It has almost doubled since I originally moved in 3 years ago. Next month its going up $30 more!

The elevators are always a problem at this facility, there's no carts always at this facility. I moved to this facility before public storage took it over, and there was never a problem.

There is a lady who stores multiple public carts in her storage locker so no one else has access to them, she has multiple storage units. One on the first floor by elevator 1s side (first floor) she has unit on 3rd floor (elevator 1 side) and also units on the elevator 2 side. Can you watch the cameras and get those back please. Nothing wrong with the storage units themselves just super annoying that they don’t provide any dollys or carts or anything to help you move your stuff so it makes it extremely hard to move everything. My last unit in Justin always had dolly’s and carts. Would have kept my unit there but just too far with me moving to Fort Worth now. Probably will be looking for another storage unit though that part is just to inconvenient for me with my unit being so far from the entrance and I’ll be moving things in and out throughout the year.
Highly recommend they put some out at least 2 dolly’s 2 carts by each elevator. Another thing is there is ALWAYS moving trucks blocking so your usually stuck waiting best to go durning weekdays only.

No carts available. Bathroom is nasty. No toilet paper. Light switches have been broken for months now. Trash is always left out. My rent continues to go up. Paying almost double what I paid when I first rented here. Public storage is really dropping the ball. Anyone want to go in on an industrial unit? We can do better than the 1.75 per square foot that I am currently paying.
Since new ownership this facility has gone down hill. Elevators are always out, never a dolly available and many times were told facility was broken into.
This place is so unorganized. Also, they will raise your rent without informing you.
this place literally stole $5000 with of my shoes. they didn’t notify me till the next day, they put a new lock without my knowledge, said they had no footage, as the cameras only weren’t working during the time someone stole them, refused to show me the camera footage. then i found missing pieces of the lock close by. there’s a shoe convention so they must’ve been prying when i would go get some shoes from my unit. DO NOT PUT THINGS HERE. MANAGMENT SUCKS. CORPORATE WON’T GET BACK TO YOU OR CARE.

this place is awful. no parking, elevators are always broken, saw roaches running around today on the 2nd floor. there is ZERO property upkeep, it’s embarrassing. moving to a different facility owned by a different company and I’m SO looking forward to it. calls go to voicemail and they never call you back. don’t trust the 5 star reviews, they con you into them when you rent
There was an IT issue when booking my reservation online and four representatives tried to fix it and couldn’t. I lost the rate I booked under so I drove to the actual location and spoke to Juan who was wonderful and fixed the issue and even honored the reservation the other agent canceled because I didn’t want it canceled I just want the IT issue fixed. They better keep Juan, he’s wonderful.
I remember when this place was nice, and had push carts available to help you move.

So I been here for 2years and price keeps going higher and higher to the point where the price lock in rate stops functioning, already went up twice within a year! Went from 74 to 144 for a 10x5. It's better to just look elsewhere since they are charging 63 dollars for the same space and with climate control in other areas. It's just sad that, that's how customers who been here the longest have to keep higher and higher as time goes on, specially since on a good day the elevator is working or the 4 wheel trolley is actually there to use it.

They ensure you regret renting here every time you arrive by entering a code to enter, entering a code every time you use the elevator to carry your 1 item at a time (no carts, remember??) and enter a code just to leave.
This is not new... carts disappeared 3 months ago and have not been seen since. I'm sure they will say they have 1 in the office... well that's nice 1) if you're there when they are, and 2) if they have one not being used. For those of us who work the hours they staff it, you get no cart, get to move items 1 at a time, and get to get your rent raised every 3-4 months.

This place is trash do not get a storage here, I got quoted online for 75$ when my first bill was due it was 110$ I’m never able to access my unit due to the elevators not working now my bill is 146$ & I been trying to get all my belongings since April & the elevators still not working now my bill is 172$ I HATE THIS PLACE THE MANAGER NEVER AT THE FRONT DESK DURING BUSINESS HOURS THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE THIS PLACE IS JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE & HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've rented 2 of 10x20' units here Since early 2022 (just 1 year), and the latest (2nd time in a year) rate increase within the past year was 160% of the rate when I moved in. This is either a bait and switch tactic or they really do not want a long term steady tenants. I will be looking another options as this is really not a good business operation by Public storage. Very disappointed.

Never had a storage unit before. So when I showed up, I didn’t know exactly where to go. I walked up to the front doors during business hours (rental office) and they were locked. So I decided to follow some lady into a loading gate. I wish someone would have told me something, anything. I tried calling, no one answered. All I got was my unit info through text, but not how to get to it, which was on the 3rd floor. The instructions were “remove blue tab on gate and a lock will be inside your unit”. Then I found a door inside that went to the office and there was an employee sitting there. The office doors are glass, so he saw me trying to get in earlier. Why didn’t he answer the phone? Idk. That was annoying. But he gave me instructions on how to get to my unit. He was a nice man.

I was paying $150/month(including insurance) for my 15x10 unit, they suddenly want to increase it by $50/month. For what?!! Because they said demand went up and now the units cost more. All it does it hold stuff. I called to see if they’d be able to help me reduce my rate but all I got was the run around, call here, go there. I’m so upset. I’d understand if it increase by $10 but a sudden increase to $50.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they increase it again next year too. Think twice before you give your business to them.
Long time customer at this location. Property was purchased by Public Storage from All Storage. Rent has been raised twice since they took over. Once 15% and the second 36%. Customer service here is at best mediocre. No explanation for massive increases other than market will bear it. Very disappointed with this company's attitude toward loyal customers. If you want unpleasant surprises and poor customer service, then choose this location. There are better options. Caveat emptor.

indoor climate controlled clean self storage. drive in to unload out of the heat. storage units are large - well can be, depending what size you get. would recommend for you storage needs. elevator will have a sign if out of order so no need to guess.
Brandon is amazing! As a teacher I needed a storage unit for the summer as our building is being demolished and rebuilt. I expected this process to be a hassle but it was super smooth and he was extremely knowledgeable. From waking in, looking at units, asking a bazillion questions, and getting the rental of a unit set up was less than 30 minutes! Absolutely amazing! When I signed my original contract at this facility my payment date was set for the 17th of the month.On the first of last month Public storage charge my credit card for rent on both of my units without my authorization. Today is the 15th and I receive notification that my access to my belongings has been removed because they have not received my payment. Apparently when public storage took over they changed everyone’s payment date regardless of what they originally agreed to. And to top it off they are threatening to assess additional fees since I’m LATE 2 DAYS BEFORE MY PAYMENT IS DUE! If you’re looking for a donation drop off there is one next door but if you need somewhere safe to store your personal items DONT USE PUBLIC STORAGE!!
