27 julio 2024 Llevo 3 años con el storage ,y en el día de ayer 26,julio 2024 me sentí muy incomodo de la manera que se me acercó  una joven pelo rojo  desde su carro un doge mágnum color gris  la describo asi por que no se como se llama  no saludo y rápido empezó con una mala actitud a hablarme de que yo llevaba todo el día ahí que no podía estar todo el día en el storage ,no se como se llama por que no  me permitió hablarle y preguntarle bien lo que estaba sucediendo ,luego apareció un señor si no me equivoco su nombre es  Juan muy amable y muy atento en su trabajo con  Una buena comunicación siempre con las personas, donde me explicó lo que ella le había dicho "que yo llevaba todo el día ahí" cuando le explique que si ella me vio a las 10 am cuando yo llegue a recoger mi trailer  ,luego me volvió a ver a las 4:00 pm donde regreso a dejar mi trailer  y comienzo a organizar el mismo para poder dejarlo seguro y limpio como de costumbre hago , no se si el trabajo de ella sea vigilar  a las personas y si es así no lo está haciendo bien ya que si tienen cámaras de seguridad el trabajo es de las mismas camara y el dever de ella era primero  mirar las cámara antes de hacer cualquier acusación contra cualquier persona en este caso con tra mi persona o cualquier cliente ,y no es la primera vez que veo su carro hace unos meses desde que ell empezo atrabajar la mayoría del tiempo que me ve llegar me persigue y no le había echo caso ya que obviamente no estoy haciendo nada malo estoy concentrado en mi trabajo, deberian enseñarle bien lo que es servicio al cliente, porque educación  no tiene. Agradezco anticipadamente  que por favor, le enseñen como tratar al cliente.

Stay away from this company. I rented a space for $75 a month and next thing I knew, my monthly bill was $250! And they had no explanation other than “supply and demand.” Then on the day I moved out, I didn’t even tell anyone I was moving out…. They just checked me out and closed my account based on the fact that the unit was empty and unlocked. I mean, that was true…. But a phone call before closing my account would have been nice. Also, the company refuses to give any kind of pro-rate money back on the week and a half I’ve already paid for. We hated our experience with this big name company and will never use them again.

I paid for a climate controlled space that increased payments every six months only to come back every summer to find the building I was given hot and humid. The first time this occurred I got onto the management there but they were unconcerned and merely said to follow insurance claims if anything was damaged. I could not attend to the space as often as id like due to the nature of my job in the oil field but when I came back again I found mold and mildew on my jackets and couches because again this summer they didnt bother to have the AC running in a place that I paid climate controlled costs for. I have now moved out of this particular storage facility but for anyone who wants to use this place be very careful with anything you dont want damaged because this place doesnt care and will insist you just file an insurance claim instead of properly maintaining their buildings climate.

Just moved our boat out of this storage location, well not really as it has been inaccessible for about a week now. We were happy previously as this location was close to home but had to make the move. This facility allowed an oversized box truck that is about 8ft longer than the slot rented to move in next to us, making it almost impossible to get our boat out of the spot, and impossible to get it back in. (This was also partially caused by the renter across the way who routinely has their boat motor hanging over, which previously was not an issue.) Now with the new tenant it was impossible to navigate. We notified Public Storage of the issue when we first identified the problem with our neighbor's truck, and here almost a week later the vehicle is still there. We were significantly inconvenienced and had been renting our space for almost a year. We had always paid on time, never lodged complaints and in my mind been pretty decent renters. This Public Storage is a tight fit for most of their car/boat/rv spaces, there is no room to play. They routinely allow renters to park outside of their rented space, making it difficult for other tenants. Instead of forcing that truck to move or be towed, they opted to inconvenience us, which is unacceptable. We will not be renting here again, and will not recommend anyone rent storage spaces here. It is important to take care of long-standing, rule following customers instead of those that falsify their rental information (i am left to believe it was falsified as the attendant said, "they did it online we didn't know until it was already here"). While the attendant at the site was apologetic, their lack of action or advocacy on our part ultimately made the decision.

This place SUCKS! We have had a unit for three years (started out with a different company that was bought out by these people). Public Storage has been increasing our rental price each year, to where I was paying $239 per month for a unit that originally cost $85 per month! When I complained about it, I was told that my payments would drop down to $89 per month if I moved my stored items to a new unit of the same size. WHAT? What a lousy way to treat loyal customers who have been with them for a long time! I did move my stored items to a new unit to get the lower monthly rent, but with a different storage company!

Juan was awesome! Skip the site, go see him, and he will make it easy as can be.

The office managers are practically useless if any issues arise and they also seem irritated any time they talk to you. I had to call the corporate number multiple times for simple issues in the system. Need to talk to a manager? Good luck. The front doors stay locked at random times for 30-45 minutes throughout the day. The only reason I use this location is because it’s so close to my house. If anything else had what I needed, I would leave this place immediately. Highly recommend that if you’re not storing your trailer/RV, go somewhere else!!!

Rented me a space with a broken door. Wasted about an hour of time, bc had to switch to different unit that hadn't been cleaned out. Paying movers to stand around bc noone is in office. Cant access bathrooms at 2 pm on Saturday. I dont understand why you dont staff the front on probably the busiest day if the week.

Went in to this location to look at some units and get an idea of what size I would need. The property manager Erin was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me a couple unit sizes, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with storing my things.. Would give zero stars if possible. Called to ask some questions about storage, as I have never rented storage. I mentioned to the boy who answered the phone that I had seen some of the availability online, but wanted to call to check on a few things. I asked simple questions like if I need to sign any paperwork or retrieve a lock & key. His response was extremely irritated & he even said “clearly you didn’t read anything online”. Shocked, I asked “what did you just say?”, where he reluctantly said that it explains some of this online trying to cover up what he just said. I asked to speak to a manager, then he just hung up on me. Personally, this business will never get a dime from me. If I were the owner/manager, I would personally never tolerate an employee treating customers as so. All calls are recorded, as it mentions when you call, so I advise that this be investigated.

Not the easiest to get a hold of someone when they only have one person on site and they are always busy running around and the office is locked of course for security reasons.

This place sure does raise charges a lot for a facility that constantly has broken keypads, broken gates, dirty grounds and smashed entry doors. Will be leaving before the 4/1 increase.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NO ONE IS EVER THERE. The property manager absolutely deserves to be fired. No one answers the phone and they cost me an extra $119 because I had movers waiting on me just got no one to show up. I’m definitely never using them again.

This place has gone WAAAAAY downhill since Public Storage bought it!! Cleanliness has gone down, they are raising rates once or twice a year and it's almost impossible to speak with someone live! I have 2 units and my rates on both have gone up 80% in last 4 years! Has your pay gone up 80% since then?? They are gouging people to death at this place. Stay Away!!!!

Clean facility, easy access via the app so you don't have to type in a code to get in, carts available for use to get your things to your unit and two elevators available in the building my unit is in. Update a year later; my rent went up less than 6 months into renting with them, so I pay $100 for a 5x5 closet and I had to pay my bill two weeks late due to an emergency arising - and they cut my lock without notice and called me and told me I could buy another from the office when I paid $20 to buy the first one. Mediocre - convenient location if you need it. But Metro Storage is better. Lol.

Too much code to ente. Need to use the elevator it’s a waste of time when you need to hurry up if you use it you always meed to enter the code and code to go out from a garage and after that code to go out the fate

It offers a month free before regular monthly fee and it's easy to store your stuff and drive out as well.

Would give 0 stars if I could the customer service is awful and the property manager is never in the office we were there for over 2 hours to talk to the property manager for this facility to make a payment to get access to a new unit reserved online with 2 other customers who needed help as well and they were all upset with the same issue. I had to end up getting another unit all together with a whole separate storage company because it would be awful to have to constantly deal with the issue of not having the proper help when needed. When you are moving and have movers who you are paying to help you and you can’t gain access to your unit it’s a huge problem on an already stressful situation. And customer service was not helpful either they just ping pong you around from person to person and to other locations just to have to leave a voicemail. This is the most awful experience I’ve ever had to deal with and was extremely frustrating and I would not even waste my time storing my stuff here or ever again with Public Storage.

This place is AMAZING!! I love the staff at this location, especially an employee named Erin Boyd. She went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of when I had a complaint about my rental. My issue was dealt with Immediately and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I’ve been renting here for 6 months now, and I can honestly tell you from personal experience that the staff here actually cares about their customers! I highly recommend this location!

I should have read the reviews and took them into consideration because the ones with lower ratings are over rated in my opinion. On top of everything from cost to upkeep the management there is very unprofessional and is either poorly trained or not at all, no people skills what-so-ever, very disrespectful and acted like she was ready to fight me and like she wanted to!!! Very foul language, yes the short, dark hair full figured lady. I hope my review doesn't cause problems for me down the road I just want you guys to know the management there is a joke amd what youll be potentiallygetting yourself into. That young lady needs to be relieved of her position asap!!! Not a snowballs chance in hell would I allow an employee of mine to act and or treat customers the way she does. She credited me $25 towards my next bill but that doesn't fix, resolve or make anything she said or did right in any manner. You could have given me 6 months free and I would still have the same to say about it. I very highly do not recommend this location!!!!

When I first rented a space here it was All Storage. They were good. Then Public Storage bought them and it went downhill very fast. Would give no stars if I could.

Pls work at your own risk with these people first the one I went too made me review her at 5 stars like she took my phone after she was like review me review my store I said okay where she's like here let me she left herself 5 stars....first off if y'all say $1 dollar it should be a $1 not hidden fees but I also got all my stuff from the unit but maybe 1 thing it I was getting harassed she was like I'll get my money some way or the other she lives there at the public storage like on site with her kids or something she was very nice this happen a year or so ago but I just now remembered after looking at another experience with a different storage place I'm sorry but don't be rude I have been silent just wanted too share my experience

Rented a 10 × 5 unit for the mid month of December 2022 and will close it out this month when I move my stuff out. Its security is as tight as Fort Knox and it is expensive but for temp reasons, it worked for what I needed it for. Also its 1/2 mile from my house. Cant beat that.

Don’t waste your time or money here. This place has really gone to the dogs since Public Storage bought All Storage in the fall of 2021. Place is filthy. Trash is very seldom cleaned up, management is not very professional and most of the time is not available at this property. They can be very condescending when you speak to them. Gates and elevators are constantly breaking down. Heaven forbid if you need to get to your belongings. To top it off added security for them was to install a keypad to get into the building after you have already entered your password to get into the property/main gate. Then another keypad to go up the elevator and each time you need to go back on the elevator. Then another keypad for your password to leave the building then another to leave the main gate. All that does is frustrate your paying customers. What about making sure your cameras are in working order and be more strict about people pigging backing with cars into the main gate? That would be more secure. And to boot just in case your password doesn’t work there is a temporary password posted next to the keypad into the building and elevator for all to see. Corporate is very hard to get ahold of a person. I wouldn’t recommend this facility or business to anyone.

Update.. this storage facility was bought out by another company and quickly went down hill. All of a sudden the elevator was not working on many occasions, there was never any employees in the office to assist anyone and we all of a sudden received an email that they were increasing our monthly rate by A LOT. I immediately called my son and nephew and asked them to come empty our storage unit ASAP.. when we went to clean out our unit, there was many others there doing the same thing. This place is AWESOME and very clean! Tonya was extremely friendly & helpful.

Wow this is the worst storage facility ever. Sure it looks nice. There has been sooooo many thefts from this place. They do absolutely nothing. Time after time person after person getting rvs stolen or generators or food trucks. You name it. Its crazy they are even able to operate. It seems like it may be an inside theft ring. I mean how do people constantly get an rv or a large generator and a food truck out? They have to have gate code etc and then the place won't give video of the theft to the people who lost their stuff. I mean I don't think someone is throwing an 32' rv or food truck over the fence.

I will never rent a storage from this place again

Liked the place being close for me to keep my business items stored. Unfortunately it becomes frustrating not being able to have access. Showed up one day and was denied access because they updated their paper work and wanted my signature. No late payment just a signature on paper work. Showed up again and the control just says see manager. Once again no late payment. They are not even at the office to get it open. They have cars there but refuse to do anything until they open at 9:30am. Called the phone line at 9:00am and they don’t answer it either. Really hard to get to my customers running late for stuff like this.

Been sitting outside this place for a hour. Have left and come back and there is still no one in the office. I've called . No answer. Called the property manager and it rings and goes to a voice mail.

My fiancés trailer THAT HE PAID A SPACE FOR AND PAID INSURANCE THERE Got broken into. Storage people refused to let us check cameras, the insurance he was paying for there said they don’t cover that. Horrible horrible place, please find any other storage place besides this one.

Do not use this place. Monthly billing is not consistent. Customer service is horrible and will not reach back out to you. I go in person to pay bill and it's always a issue. " You did not pay 8 dollars last month". How is the possible when I pay exactly what's due. Poorly ran facility!

Really dislike that u can only get in until 6 Monday- Saturday and until 5 on Sunday. There was several people moving out today because of that reason. .

Currently renting storage the rates are mind-blowing. Rental fee should stay the same for current renters and increase there rates for incoming renters. A 50.00 dollar increase is extremely HIGH.

Had a 14x7 enclosed trailer for 2 months and it got stolen. They never called to tell me. Had to find out the hard way. Many trailers have been stolen from here. Will never use them again. Mgmt does not care about it. Security is awful there. They’re not responsible even thou you pay to store. Was out 18k in property. Didn’t get any apologies what so ever.

Called and left message w a question and my call was returned within literally 60 seconds. It was awesome.

This place is the worst. My brother had his RV came to check on his RV today and his RV was not there apparently the RV had been stolen and the employee had no information on when what and who. Cameras have not been working for over 3 months and no one even contacted my brother, but they sure called him to let him know his rate was about to go up. If anyone has any information please contact us. My review 0

They have different sizes and different prices. They also have one for your vehicle! They will work with you!

Always friendly and helpful

My unit was broken into and lock broken and they did nothing about it except give me the runaround saying they can't get anyone to cut a lock in less than a month or credit my account for the month I wouldn't have access to my unit or look back on tape to see what happened. I had to go to another location to get assistance and magically, everything was fixed and lock cut off in less than an hour.
