This place never answers the phone
I love love Ashley she was amazing. She knew her stuff and my back was hurting and she brought me a chair around and made sure I was comfortable. I had a bad experience the day before at a different location. Ashley made me feel so much better. She made me feel like this storage family cared about each other. I thank God for her. Trash! The move in process was great and easy and fine just the move out process was a headache. No one answers the phone all day I call during business hours no one picks up. That is my #1 pet peeves if you have a business just answer the phone I work out of state I’m not always there to come in I would like to get someone on the phone. I have definitely had better experience with other storage companies so I wouldn’t recommend this one to any friends or family. They also don’t pro rate so I had the storage for 3 days and still had to pay the whole month.

I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and this morning I get a message complaining about after hours when we don't even go at night. This company should never send messages that a loyal customer has not done. It feels like we're going to have a problem now I'm considering moving companies. Plus the rates have increased by the double after 5 & 9 months. Before 2020 it was an increase of $50 every year like a normal contract. Not anymore. Its a shame. This location has been absolutely wonderful but corporate is Messing up with the auto texting

Ask yourselves… Why do you think a STORAGE PLACE has almost 5 stars? They ask you to review them to basically do their job. Bibi is the worst. They shill for these reviews to do their basic job before you even have a unit. All of these are fake reviews before people have even stayed with this storage more than a day. Stay away!!! They are predatory and will raise your rates at will with no ceiling month over month! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! There are so many better options locally.

I am glad that I found this place when I did! Public storage was having their $1 move in special (plus $26 admin fee, so more like $30 with tax) right when I needed storage immediately.
Darren was so helpful and friendly taking us around to find a parking spot that we would like for storage. The facility is very well maintained! Parking storage says uncovered online, but it is all covered parking here.
Bibi was very courteous, and helpful on the phone, and also at the gate.
I would definitely recommend this place for storage but I must say, the monthly payment for parking storage is Not budget friendly
