This public storage stole all of my sons exotic Jordan It was an inside job because so the girl that worked there cut the lock off and took everything and my thing is that they were Jordans that were collectibles and they were very expensive they were over thousands of dollars a piece and it was over 100 or maybe 300 pair at the most I'm saying is that I wish that someone in public storage can get with me and my family and fine and get them to the bottom of this and let's get who done it so you'll make your reputation better

Ms.Pat at the Public Storage on Cockrell Hill Rd is AMAZING. She is always willing to assist and help out anytime I go in or call. She never complains or acts as if she doesn't want to help. I don't believe there has ever been a time that I've rented from them and she didn't just make you feel like family. She is truly heaven sent. Ms. Pat you have a customer for life. The place was closed the note is inside the door with a dark tint on it can't read it

The manager was nice but the storage is to expensive they go up on your rent every 3 months you start at 218 than up and up for a small closet.
This storage is only good if you need then no more than 3 months the Insurance is really no good this is my opinion

Yeah wouldn't even give a one star but had no choice, management is rude, the man was in the office wouldn't unlock the door during business hrs was in the hot sun waiting. When finally left I left a message then a lady calls back apologize saying she not in. Poor management at this location, will not be coming back.

This is a worst managed Public Storage in the United States of America. I was locked on the property and could not get out on a Saturday evening, after getting out I called the District Manager repeatedly the following week who to this very moment (weeks later) has not replied. The onsite manager is extremely rude, curt, and clearly lacks compassion
It's my strong recommendation that you choose another company to store your possession, who at least will be available to communicate with you

The whole experience was really a nightmare I wouldn’t recommend this place nor location to anyone took forever for me to get my keys and then there was so many different prices that was quotes from online. To be honest o would have rented somewhere else but I was in a right situation hopefully my stuff won’t be there for long so I can move it somewhere else
